I was also appreciative of how much attention to detail was given to each treatment room and they even have a section for children to read and play. I started off with a 'Life Vessel' session and Amber, one of the clinic owners, described to me the research and benefits of the chamber. I found the experience to be incredibly relaxing, so much that I returned for 3 subsequent sessions to complete the four session package. I really enjoyed the music and every session found myself going deeper into relaxation to the point that I was just as 'zenned out' as I can achieve through states only found through long-term meditation. I could immediately tell after the first session that the near infrared was working like a charm to remove toxins from my body through my lymph nodes. Later, I could see through just a few sessions a dramatic improvement in managing my stress levels so much so I would find membership to this business worth the investment. I then moved on to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. To be honest I was somewhat nervous at first being confined to such a small space but once I sat inside there was actually more room than I was anticipating. I had a wave of claustrophobia when they zipped up the top but Andy, the other owner, was attentive and walked me through the entire process and how easy it was to unzip the top if I wanted to. Once I saw him through the window the wave ended as quickly as it came and the rest of the session was smooth sailing. Both owners continued to check in on me while the pressure increased, throughout the session, and while it was depressurizing. They also offered me a fan, reading material, and even a communication buzzer should I need anything. I ended up listening to a meditation on my phone and savored the oxygen saturation feeling! Quite addicting. Next I went on their PEMF mat. I was particularly excited about this device as I have been researching PEMF technology for a wide range of conditions and how promising it seems to be. I could feel the tingling sensation right away on my legs and Andy told me that this was evidence of increasing my blood flow and detoxing my cells (although most of the time people don't feel anything explicit which doesn't mean it's not working). Using the 'Whole Body Vibration' was a great way to finish my treatment session as I noticed later that evening when I was back at home how much it helped clear my lymphatic system. I finished up with some recharging electrolyte-rich water to complete the reboot experience. Went through intake forms and received a wonderful head and shoulder massage. She used techniques on my shoulder that I do not get at other places and it's a traditional Chinese technique that felt wonderful. For acupuncture, she put some needles in my foot my hand and my face. She put warm red lamp on my abdomen area and it felt wonderful. It was super relaxing. I was not laying there for an hour. But I can't tell you how long that was there. I went out feeling fresh and relaxed. I'm interested in going back again. This is amazing. I don't have to drive all the way to Beaverton or 30+ minutes away to get acupuncture treatment. Based on my experience with massage and acupuncture in the past, she's excellent. Do look at the instructions in the email when you book an appointment. I took a picture of the front door because it doesn't look like her studio, but it is a room which is part of a larger set of other businesses. So you're not getting your nails done, you will just wait in their waiting area and she'll come out when she's ready. So happy there's easy parking in the back.

In October of 2017, I was in so much pain, but the next available "new patient appointment" then was at the end of December of 2017. My 1st follow up appointment was in March of 2018. I didn't get feedback until then because they had me do home tests after my December appointment & they needed those results to help guide me. However, when I had seen the gastroenterologist in October of 2017, he had prescribed Rifaximin & my insurance refused to cover that (we tried several times with several letters/appeals). Rifaximin cost us about $1,600 (if I remembering correctly). It was TONS of money either way. I did feel "good enough" afterwards. However, after going to 8 heart & wellness, I feel amazing! I knew my stress was making it worse, but didn't know what to do to help it. I had tried the LOW FODMAP diet, but I was still miserable. I had no/low energy, stomach pain. I couldn't wear jeans or most of my clothes with a waist band because even if the clothing fit, it just hurt too much.
