Heather was a huge help with my condo purchase. I had a very specific set of criteria that my new home had to meet, and she was very patient in listening to all of my needs and concerns. I am writing this review because I was terribly disappointed in the service I received, especially after reading all the 5* reviews. I was a long distance owner who wanted to sell my condo. I know it needed work to be done to get it ready for market. After reading the reviews and talking the Heather I was impressed by her friendliness and her willingness to take total control and do all the work that was needed which was inclusive of sending in paper work to be compliant with the condo rules and regulations, and rehab the unit. The only downside was their insistence of a 6% commission when I knew 5% was the norm. When I traveled to view the property in culver city I didn't include them in the interview process because I felt that I had a couple of other candidates that were equally as good but less expensive. After doing the interviews though, I felt that Art and Heather would serve my property better and I was willing to pay the 6% commission. When I got in touch with Heather and confirmed that I had traveled to the property but had not contacted her initially her whole demeanor changed. She was no longer friendly. She was very cut and dry and now told me that I had to deal with the HOA and all associated paper work that was associated with a sale, and that she could not be in charge of a rehab. This was a total about face and totally opposed to all the information on the mail outs that describes the services that they supply as a realtor and our prior conversation. I didn't understand what had caused such an about face and when I questioned her about it but her explanation still was contradictive of our initial conversation. In the end it turned out for the best. I chose a realtor who rehabbed and sold my property with ease, for a great price and only 5% commission. read more
