The hands-on experience was something I truly believes sets MCA apart from other programs. Along with teaching each and every one of their students the skills needed, MCA builds confidence in each skill. Providing a fun learning environment and lots of encouragement along the way. During my Psychomotor skills evaluation, Pam Stevens was very helpful and decided to take extra time to teach me about the new updates on the NREMT test. (without charging me extra money) She was very knowledgeable and gave me extra pointers to help me out in the field going forward. I had the privilege of meeting the owner Lisa as well, and she was very polite and well-mannered in the moment even though she was swamped with work she took the time to meet me and have a great conversation. They made sure I was enrolled at the earliest possibility. The equipment, classroom was clean and fresh. They even had snacks! Snacks The fees are fair. Most of all, the vibe is clear from owner, admin staff and instructors - they want you to succeed and will do everything they can to make that happen. In a time when service seems to be a memory - you will be pleased.
