I had 2 sessions with Cassandra...last Friday, January 24 and today January 27. Absolutely wonderful! I need to say I have never encountered anyone or any business run by anyone like Shanda. It is SO obvious how God/Christ-centered Shanda and her business is and how huge and generous her heart is. The support Shanda provides is truly one of a kind. I have simply not believed in myself in spite of all the help she so lovingly provides. Friends-even psychic friends have told me for years to get out there and share my knowledge and passion. It seems others have seen in me what I have not. I have been wanting to so badly, but always felt this push/pull fight within me. Always the self-doubt and lack of confidence held me back. And I have been so stuck! And miserable. You, Cassandra, were so very gracious and helpful last Friday when you proposed helping me set up a course to get out into the world! I thought-and said 'Oh, no! I don't know enough. I'm not qualified or worthy.' You talked me through it and said you would send me a Cash Injection questionnaire to fill out so you could more precisely help me. We hung up and I was very emotional, crying tears of gratitude. I thought for once I could see the light out of my own self-imposed stagnation. I filled out the questionnaire and it was really transforming to answer those questions...to actually write out my fears and false insecurities. I knew Cassandra was right. And from personal experience, research and courses these last 20 years, I have gained experience and knowledge that a lot of people don't have in the natural healing arena. Last night I received Cassandra's mind-boggling strategy for me. SO much information and detail! An actual plan of action that to me was SO overwhelming I truly wouldn't have known where to begin on my own. I was perusing her plan for me and crying more tears of emotions I can't even describe along with so much Gratitude before we met on our follow-up call this morning. I was SO grateful for the fantastic plan she had created, however, still apprehensive as to my qualifications and ability and worthiness. Cassandra spoke to me through God's perspective of His creations and I, actually for the first time in my life, began seeing myself as capable and worthy of getting 'out there', actually SEEING MYSELF exposing myself instead of hiding in the world AND looking forward to doing the work...teaching what I know. Knowing I will learn and grow even more while doing the work! Feeling truly empowered. I tell myself the same things Cassandra told me, but hearing it from someone else somehow hit home. Her words were true and my mind and body were in total agreement...at the cellular level! Also, I have been struggling with this war within me for way too long and I'm finally ready to 'give up the ghost' as they say. Just how long can I play so small? God gives us talents and gifts and it is our responsibility to share them. What Cassandra did for me is magical. I will never forget it. What you do, Shanda, for all of us is unimaginable and mere words don't do your love and time and energy and generosity any justice at all. I rarely leave reviews online but this company and the incredible humans within it have transformed my life massively since I started working with them in September 2021, so I'm now gladly giving back. I graduated from their HCL program in March 2022, and was blown away by the caliber of the program. With no exaggeration it felt like what I have been searching for my entire life - being surrounded by real, effective leadership, within myself and others. Leadership that builds and is committed to getting results + transforming the world in a sustainable, longevity based model. This is marathon training no doubt about it. I've been in the entrepreneurial game, with my own small business in the coaching industry (natural healing methodologies & transformational empowerment), translation/interpreting/ language consultant services & personal organizing for about 5 years now. I've also been living & traveling abroad out of my native country for the majority of the last 9 years, studying with indigenous plan medicines & wisdom traditions. HCL (Heartcore Leadership) has been among the most powerful & transformative programs I have invested my time and energy in to date. I grew up in a pretty chaotic inner city neighborhood with a lot of emotional turmoil in my house, so I know what gaslighting and narcissistic abuse look like very well. Those are not present in the HCL container. It's hard, ass-kicking sometimes, but some of us need that to get out of our own ways. There is also so much love & generosity built into the service of this business I am constantly in awe of the amount of spaciousness created so that we can truly empower ourselves to turn inside out & be who we came here to be. Healing + ass kicking = my kind of party I am also very aware of the power of my own discernment. My view of some of these negative reviews on here is that they demonstrate a mis-match. An "I'll try it out" "might be nice" "maybe when I'm ready" kind of attitude. I wanted to counter that with my true, authentic stance about this work & the people who are in this business. Thing is, we all have ironing out to do. But the people in Heartcore, including and especially Shanda, are fully committed to responsibility, and they HOLD US HIGH. Which is incredibly unpleasant at times & can really push a shitton of buttons within the confines of our egoic constructs. But if you wanted to stay the same, didn't want to be encouraged & pulled past your own perceived limits, and wanted to stay in your bubble/ comfort zone, then why the hell did you sign up for transformation?!?! I really gotta laugh at that honestly. Because in reading the shitty things ppl have said on here, it's more often than not finger pointing & blame gaming. Responsibility is NOT easy which is why not everyone chooses it. Work with Heartcore when you're done with your own bs and are not just looking for another course to invest your cash into, but are actually ready for some serious soul searching, high-level accountability, and are ready for massive change from the inside out that will ripple into every area and aspect of your life. Though I've done other trainings with this business, I'd like to address Heartcore Leadership, or as they call it, HCL. When I signed up for the training, I thought it would be an experience where we'd learn about leadership, set goals, and receive support to reach those goals. I went through the six month program two years ago and am still dismantling the toxic gaslighting they call "feedback" where the trainers and participants scream insults under the guise of truth telling. One of the trainers who was a high ranking member of Heartcore screamed in my face, "my experience of you is weak. You're a little girl. I wonder what your husband really thinks about you." The verbal abuse is titrated with love bombing, expectations that you be constantly chatting and checking in on voxer between seminars so you don't have a moment to think for yourself (I deleted voxer now and refuse to use it), and the crushing pressure to enroll folks into the program so they can "live." No shit. Every time we enrolled someone into the program (we get nothing as "angels") all the trainers would make a big deal about it and praise us for saving lives. Some days of the training were almost entirely devoted to us getting on our phones and enrolling as many people as possible. They'd place this next to a more altruistic goal (raise money for the homeless for example) to make it seem like a noble thing. You are expected to "staff" to keep you leadership up to par after the six months is over, which means you work for free all day and offer free coaching to groups of members once a week. It's a cult. The curriculum has been renamed from EST, World Works, and lifestream. You're not supposed to talk about it with anyone outside the training. I can't believe it's legal. I hope the damage of these types of trainings can be stopped by reviews like these. I take full responsibility for signing up and staying in an abusive group. I now take full responsibility for exposing the damage it's causing and to express how hard it is to trust your gut when your swimming in the Cool Aid. Don't get into the room. read more

**Beware: HeartCore Business is a Scam! Expect Unauthorized Charges to Your Accounts!** If you're considering enrolling in any of Shanda Sumpter's programs, think twice. My wife initially signed up for one of HeartCore Business's programs at $595 every two weeks. After a few months, she decided it wasn't for her and canceled her subscription. Despite this, HeartCore Business continued to charge her credit card. We canceled the credit card on file, but somehow, they managed to charge my credit card instead! After contacting our bank and canceling all our cards, they still found a way to charge our debit card! This company somehow gained access to multiple credit and debit cards in our household, even after they were replaced. To stop these fraudulent charges, I had to withdraw all the money from our savings account and replace all our cards. Yet, a month later, HeartCore Business charged my new debit card! How is this even legal? According to my bank, some businesses can bypass these protections, but this is absurd and unethical. The program itself is a predatory scheme. You are pressured into enrolling others to avoid being labeled a failure. They brainwash participants, promising millionaire status if you blindly follow their steps, which of course, require more payments. You're subjected to grueling 12+ hour Zoom sessions, with threats of being kicked out (while still being charged) if you leave early. Spread the word--don't fall for this scam! They will drain your bank accounts and offer no refunds. Their cancellation policy is a joke, and customer service is non-existent. It's no surprise that Shanda Sumpter moved to Puerto Rico, likely to exploit tax benefits and other loopholes, far from the reach of the US's stringent regulations. I've done both HCL and MML and both have been absolutely life changing. HCL is an experience that will challenge you and in the best possible ways. It fostered so much growth and transformation in the way I show up in the world, lead myself, and connect in my relationships and business. I just completed the two day Coach Yourself to Success program in San Francisco and wanted to leave a review about that. I was SUPER skeptical about anything that is being offered for free- I was sure I'd get high pressure sales and cheesy presentations with lofty promises and not a lot of real information. Also Shanda's hair is too perfect so that alone made me wonder if this free two day thing was a scam. But I put my judgments aside and went to the training anyway and... IT.WAS.GREAT! Shanda is the real deal- there was no hidden agenda or high pressure tactics at all. I learned a ton about building lists and launching a list-based business, and she really pushed everyone to make headway into their projects and dreams. She talked about successful entrepreneurs having a servant's heart and really operating as "givers" more than "takers," and demonstrated that belief throughout the entire two days- she gave SO MUCH including even providing lunch on the second day. Not once did I feel pressured or feel like there was a bait and switch happening. The coaches on-site were generous with their time and ideas, and Shanda was accessible, kind and completely authentic. So if you are considering the Coach Yourself to Success program and like me, are like "what's the catch with this free thing?" I'm here to tell you, there is no catch. You have an opportunity to learn more about working with Shanda and her team, but it is not even close to a hard sell, and she does it in such a clean and clear way that there is nothing gross about it the way I've experienced in many other programs. I LOVE HEARTCORE I am so grateful for Shanda, Ash and the HeartCore family. The first program I completed with HeartCore was their Leadership program. HCL is a scam. Its pyramid scheme designed to con you and those around you. They use your traumas, weaknesses and fears to control you and get more people to enroll. Shanda's team leaders are predators, they only care about you putting more money into the machine while controlling you with shame, jargon and check ins, they also mislead you with the time commitment that you are required to be involved. They don't care about you or your health, this a form of torture, with sleep deprivation, yelling, name calling, people tattling on each other for breaking the rules, shame-based exercises and forced secret sharing, and if you don't, they kick you out, which honestly may be the best thing for you, but at the time you don't see it because you are being conditioned. This is a an abusive cult like program. All of "Practice" sessions is getting you the steps to manipulating others into the program by any means necessary, including going into debt to take advantage of the great sale (never-ending) price.
