I…read morecalled his office today only to tell them there was no need to return any of my phone calls, or respond to my email available on their website. I had reached out yesterday to another law firm after almost two weeks and three attempts to receive information or phone call back from Mr. Martin or one of his team. Instead of just taking the message, as had been done on the two previous phone calls, the nice receiptionist insisted I speak to one of the lawyers. This is where Mr. John Martin got on the phone, all I can say, I have never had even an adverseral attorney speak to me so rudely, telling me his law firm could not possibly have responded to any of my attempts to reach out to them. My question to him, since he wouldn't let me ask it, and all of you, why have the option of sending an email with the information regarding the reason for your inquiry if the chances are better than good, his firm won't receive the email???? Then he refused to allow me to confirm I had made calls and left messages, with the promise an attorney would call me back, twice before this THIRD phone call. I wouldn't use a firm under this man to fight a jaywalking ticket. He is so rude, he spoke over me, not allowing me to correct him I had made two previous calls and was only calling this time to cancel my requests. Yipes, what law school did this "man" graduate from, certainly not one having anything to do with ethical conduct.

Easter Sunday (March 12) her husband was upset and tried to force himself into the hotel room with a 9mm pistol. I slammed the door on him while she was in the room along with their 7 month old and less than 30 minutes later he went to our home and killed himself. So this lawyer can eat his words because he told her that an order of protection was for people who feared for their lives. Now look what happened. We did fear for our lives.
