We have been taking our 3 dogs to this clinic. First of all…read morethe woman at the front desk is rude, disinterested and unsympathetic when our dog Poncho face blew up. My husband LITERALLY had to argue with the FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST so that the doctor would look at Poncho. Until he declared that he would take our pets to another doctor did the doctor come out to look at Poncho. On Monday the doctor did see Poncho for his shots, his face was swollen then. She told my husband IF IT GETS WORSE BRING HIM BACK IN. On Thursday morning Poncho's face was completely swollen his eye was almost shut. Of course he was taken to the vet that morning. Then this confrontation happen. Poncho is going to another doctor TODAY. The fact that this receptionist was SO disrespectful and so uncaring clearly reflects on the doctor and her services. I worked for a doctor, I ran her office. I would not have tolerated any receptionist who would literally argue with a patient over a loved one being seen. This is unacceptable. This receptionist should either be removed from the front desk or fired. PERIOD.
