They don't over schedule here and you will be seen within a few minutes. Since the physical is only required every 3 years they are always calling a few weeks ahead of time to remind you to renew. This time the doc was the only one there and he took care of all the paperwork as well, so it seems like a well run and team oriented office. They also do acupuncture and chiropractic work here as well which I have not yet utilized.

I looked at a few yoga classes around my hotel and landed on "community acupuncture" as my self care of choice today. This was my first acupuncture experience and I enjoyed it. I ended up being the only person for community acupuncture but I think with other people, it still would have been a great introduction. Janice took amazing care of me (she mentioned the new moon which was something I was thinking about). She took great care of me and I truly enjoyed this experience of reflecting and some release (i shed a few tears during the "session") I came feeling chaotic and worried, I left feeling more centered and cared for. If youre new to acupuncture, I would recommend Janice and the community acupuncture. It's all going to be okay. Now put some needles in my ears.

Rob is very friendly and I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling - I was very impressed with this being that other places were booked for at least a month out. The massage itself was a little different - a ton of time spent on the neck area. Rob used a lot of pressure points throughout the massage as well. I changed up my workout routine and walked in pretty sore, so I'm hoping that this style of massage can release some of that tightness. If you're looking for a more relaxing Swedish style massage, this might not be for you. Overall for the price it was extremely worth it
