She's knowledgable, compassionate, respectful, and resourceful. Gabrielle, since she's in a large van (her mobile grooming station), is really able to focus in on your dog and just your dog (maybe she does cats too -- if she does, this is even better for cats). Gabrielle is also wonderful about telling you about any issues or potential issues that your dog might have. Both our dogs have been super excited to see her. The fact that she comes to your house so your dog doesn't need to go into potentially stressful sessions is such a bonus. At pick up, Kathy spoke to my husband regarding how good the dogs were, when to schedule them again for grooming and was detailed again about what she had done! Seriously, I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND A PLACE THAT I FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOGS TO BE GROOMED!
