    After a fiasco with paperwork on puppy let me say , "The doggie I got from Tully's is .................A W E S O M E ." That's it and that's all

Great dogs and puppies to purchase,we love our baby Majestic, my retirement buddy. She follows me everywhere I go and is patient as I fill the dishwasher andake coffee. Alerts when someone is at the door and is brilliant, housebroken in 2 days. Love Tully puppy

Our little mini Aussie. We love you already, so very much.

I come from a family that is VERY passionate about untoward breeding practices. I did so so SO much research before purchasing our little mini Aussie from Tullys. I do not understand the negative experiences on here. This is not a puppy mill. Not in any way shape or form. I grew up with mini doxies and got both from a "reputable" breeder in MI. My first died of megaesophagus and my second died of epilepsy. Both were determined to be genetic abnormalities. I don't have the experience necessary to understand how to know when a breeder is a GOOD breeder, so I talked to the team here at length. Every single person who helped was so incredibly kind and helpful. The puppies are all clean and yes in cages but this is only during playtime and so they don't have to lay around in their mess. I appreciate the expertise of this team and the guarantees that come from buying our little new family member here. I already have a free vet appt. Scheduled and was told if anything happens within the first few years, to let them know. No way is my little man ever going back, but where else are you going to get guarantees like this? Anyway... ZERO negative to say about this place. You're taking a risk anytime you take on a new puppy to love - I'm happy we got one from a place that seems to truly care and know what they are doing. Welcome home baby boy!

Three years later and things here haven't changed one bit. Still enjoyed walking around and visiting with all the puppies. I saw staff hard at work cleaning cages and switching out the puppies to the "playpen" area where guests can go in and play with them. I was just window shopping but still had a lot of fun. I did hear a lot of whinning and smelled some stink from the boarding area though. I hope those guys get to come out and play also.

UPDATE - After a $500 appointment at an animal dermatologist we found out theat Bullwinkle and Hazel's skin issues are genetic and most likely their other litter mates have the same issues. They are also very common in puppy's from puppy mills. After researching the breeder and their reviews it looks like Tully's sold us two puppy mill pups for $5000. They need to be shut down,

I see a lot of reviews that are super old, so here is an update for anyone interested in buying a puppy. This place is huge, and they have a big selection! The dogs are very well priced. All the puppies seemed healthy and they were being rotated between inside and outside. The employees working there (especially the young man who helped us with our puppy) really care about the animals. The place was really clean and I saw the pads being changed out frequently while I was there (about an hour visit). We were greeted and offered a private stall to play and interact with a few puppies. We selected a gorgeous male Yorkie and are very happy with the way the staff handled our purchase. We named him Rocky

We got this little flower from Tully's in April of 2017 and he's absolutely lit up our lives. He's the smartest dog I've ever owned and very healthy and loving. My husband's twin brother even got his litter mate and we get them together as much as we can to play. These good boys have changed our lives and only made them better. If we end up getting a second doggo we will definitely be going to Tully's. Only cons are high prices but it ensures that the pups go to good homes I guess.

    My sweet boy, Keanu.

We adopted a puppy on Saturday. He only went available that morning. We were beyond happy and loved him so much. He was well mannered, always by our sides so he didn't even need a leash, didn't have problems with any dog or human. He was perfect. Last night, we found out he had a serious virus. Possibly deadly. He was in the ER all night. Tully's was amazing and so concerned. We couldn't afford the treatment needed, which wasn't guaranteed to do anything anyways. The manager and employee working processed a refund for us, including for the supplies and food we purchased and the ER bills. They let us bring him in and took him to a special room to keep him separate from the other puppies to make sure all of them were okay. When we left, they had their own vet on the way to look at him and help with the treatment plan. I really hope he doesn't have to be put down, because he was such a good boy and doesn't deserve the pain he's in. I appreciate how Tully's handled the situation and had no questions on how to help us- they even offered to call us with any updates they have on him. If he's successfully treated, even though he's not ours, I appreciate being able to knows he's okay. My parents adopted two puppies- brother and sister- from Tully's 9 years ago and they're doing incredible- albeit incredibly dumb. I know Tully's has a bad rep but they're wonderful in my eyes.

    Billie our English bulldog puppy!

We bought Huey (our two year old English bulldog) from a breeder elsewhere a few years ago but have been thinking about adding another puppy to our family for a while. We talked to our vet (Mobile Animal Clinic) and asked if Tully's was a good place to get a pet. We've had experiences with puppy mill Bulldogs before and did not want to go through that again. He said that he was the vet for Tully's and personally checks out each of the puppies before they are ready to be sold. We have been going to Mobile for 17 years with our pets so that pretty much sealed the deal. We picked up one of their English bullies last week and we adore her and she is healthy and great. They offer 10 days of free vet care and will pay for any surgery your dog needs if there is a problem up to the price of the dog. The only thing I will say is that the staff doesn't have the best communication. We were told on Tuesday that she would be available on Wednesday. We then went in on Wednesday and were told she was not yet available. We were met with confusion when we mentioned that we were told that they were supposed to be ready to go. (Confusing sentence ) and they didn't seem very apologetic that we made the trip under false pretense but oh well. They finally called us Thursday evening and told us she was available and we brought her home.

I have been taking my Danes here sporadically over the years. My first Dane came back with kennel cough not once, but twice. I decided to not take her back. After that I acquired 2 different Danes and decided to give them another try and boarded my dogs there frequently due to work travel. Luckily no kennel cough, however the cost was outrageous to board 2 Giant Breeds for multiple days on end. I have since switched to having someone come to the house, so I have both a dog and house sitter. All that to say, my most recent experience with them was terrible. I decided to take them for a simple partial daycare day. My two Danes and I arrived right as they were to open at 8am. Multiple employees showed, however none of them were the receptionist so the people waiting couldn't be let in until that individual got there. About 15 minutes later she finally shows, but during this time my girls are getting overly excited and fired up due to the long wait and one of mine decided to nip at her sister in the back of the car. The key here is that when I scolded her and wiped off my Dane that she snipped at--there WAS NO BLOOD AND CERTAINLY NO PUNCTURE WOUNDS. I picked them up at approx. 2pm that day and by the time we got settled in at home, the facility was closed so I couldn't call them to let them know that my dog had completely dried and crusted blood all along her right side of her face, including two very large puncture wounds. I was NEVER notified of these very visible wounds (even if it had happened that morning), and since Paw Spa doesn't have cameras in their kennels, there's no way to know what actually happened. After sending pictures to my vet, I ended up having to rush her in as the wounds were severely infected and required antibiotics and a $215 vet bill. The staff I spoke to the days following, tried their best to help and were very kind but the owner had been out of town and fell ill, so I had to wait nearly a week for a call back from her to "remedy the situation". When she called me, she was completely accusatory, defensive, and blamed me and my dog that had snipped in the car that morning but again, no puncture wounds or blood after this incident! She forcefully told me she most certainly would NOT be paying the vet bill and that the only incident was with my dog in the parking lot. When I called out the fact that nobody noticed, she turned the blame on me that I hadn't either; which I did, but it was after hours for them. She then continued on that "her staff is new, they've raised minimum wage and she's a small business, and taxes are out of control", etc. NOT MY PROBLEM OR RELEVANT. She determined she would not be allowing them to board in the same kennel which I agreed to, however I would be charged double; make that make sense when it's no different than two dogs going for one day-hmmm? Her "solution" was to begrudgingly offer me two free daycares (which is actually one day since they apparently have to be charged twice for being in separate kennels). I was so infuriated and flabbergasted at the situation that I said fine. Why in the world would I ever take my dogs back there after this? Clearly my dogs were not getting the attention or affection they deserve while there, or someone would have felt and saw that my dog had extremely visible wounds and blood on her face. Lack of responsibility and blame game from the owner, inexperienced and newer staff, overpriced services, why go back? DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are so many other fantastic, affordable solutions out there where my dogs get the love and attention they deserve.
