My husband had a knee replacement and used their services once discharged from the hospital. At this time, they were supposed to come out and see us over the weekend, and did not show up until nearly a week later. By that time, I believe my husbands mobility really decreased. I looked them up with medicare and they only show up on time 80% of the time! How can you miss 20% of your visits and still provide good quality of care. I will go elsewhere and let my doctor know what happened. JJ

I was not happy with the care "provided" by this company…read more We were told in the hospital that the transport would be covered and the care is beyond excellent. I have to say none of that was true. I received next to no help from anyone who showed up at the home. My mother was given no special or any treatment or help from the people knocking on the door. One day I asked if we could get her changed and I was informed that someone would be in later to help clean her up. In a few hours. I was also told that by staying by my mother's side was like" watching water boil" what an inhumane way to put it. Overall if I had this option to do all over again. I would have chosen someone else. Heartless is more like it.
