After having all my records sent to this practice along with diagnosis from previous therapeutic…read morepractice, The therapist "Joe" could not figure out my diagnosis. Joe had me doing exercises without knowing what exactly was the direct cause of my back pain. I had an appointment reminder sent by their practice for April 12 at 12:30 and when i went to that appointment with really bad back condition their therapist "Claudia" tells me I was discharged from their practice without notice! Along with all future appointments canceled! NO NOTICE! It was stated that they did not understand how I thought I had an appointment when all future appointments had been canceled on Thursday or Friday of prior week. I also had to cancel another doctors appointment for April 12 12:30 because no one called to let me know i was discharged from their therapeutic practice or the reason for discharge for that matter. I was suppose to receive phone call from therapist Joe that same day explaining but l never did even after I was told he would call by his therapists. I was told that he had spoken with my PCP the week prior and that after that conversation Joe decided I needed to seek treatment else where without letting the (me) the patient know!
