Therefore, the bride had to get ready downstairs. The lady who was in charge asked for the check in the middle of the couple getting pictures. They stood and stared at us the entire time, it was just odd and unprofessional. Some of the servers were nice and the food was good, but as a future bride, I will not be considering this venue. And the nice thing is that it's conveniently located only 9 miles from downtown Knoxville. When you arrive, Lynn will give you a tour of the place, give you instructions and your special key code to get in and out as you please, and lastly, bring you to your room. We have stayed in two different rooms and our favorite is the spacious room upstairs with the en-suite bathroom. Room amenities include: extra towels, pillows, and blankets, a fan, a white noise machine, smart T.V., luggage stand, and a binder of useful information. Each morning, Lynn serves a continental breakfast from 8-10 a.m. which includes: fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, homemade muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. The coffee and tea bar is always open, which I just love. I can't sing enough accolades for this beautiful bed and breakfast and its delightful host. If you're visiting Knoxville and you need a place to stay, you don't need to search any further.

My parents and I went to visit first because my fiance was out of town, but as soon as he returned, I told him we had to go see it together. The pictures do not do this venue justice; it is a hidden gem that has a great amount of elegance and charm. The main ceremony location is well shaded and was perfect for our June wedding. The accommodations for the bridal party (separate spaces for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen) was extremely comfortable for getting ready throughout the day. The reception spot is beautiful without decorations (which is a huge plus)! Sandy was great at finalizing the details and everything went smoothly before, during, and after the wedding. Also, it was so nice that the chairs, tables, linens, chargers, and even some other decorations were included in the pricing; that is hard to find. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and I highly recommend you paying The Julianna a visit because you will likely fall in love!

She was amazing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and well documented. The way she described things was so perfectly done, that sounded so real and vivid and done with such great devotion. She truly made it incredible. The way photos, pictures, artifacts, etc are preserved is exceptional. Obviously, many things have been renovated and updated, but all keeping the glare of the old days.
