A couple hours later, Adrian called and told me he would be there in a few days and would try to get to me as fast has he could, as the recent bad weather had them busy. Fast forward to a few days later. Adrian showed up and went to work. He looked in my attic, said he had located the problem and went to my roof. Shortly thereafter, he came down from the roof and showed me pictures. He said my roof was in good condition and that a boot at the bottom of a vent pipe became brittle and cracked, causing the small leak we found. A common problem he sees a lot with extreme heat and hot summers. He quoted me a price and scheduled me for a repair about a week later. He sent me an email with the total, the pictures, and my completion date. The process was painless and I appreciated the use of technology. The repairs were made. Fast forward to this year. My roof sprung another leak in the same area. I reached out to them the next day and got lucky. Adrian was able to come out the same day. This time the vent near the last repair needed sealant. He offered to stop by on his way home in the upcoming days and would place the sealant near the vent for free. He recommended the three vents installed by the original home builder be replaced with better ones and would send a quote. But for now, would patch me up to get me by and buy a little more time. Adrian made the complementary repair, and provided me a quote with the vent replacement. I can say with the upmost confidence that I highly recommend Roofer Chicks. They are friendly, reliable, and not one your fly by night roofing companies that show up after a storm and leave town. These folks are a local business here in New Braunfels, and they made my stress level relax a little, making the pain more bearable. If you need a roof repair, you will be happy you used them. I was concerned that after numerous other "repairs" by others since we bought the house in 2013, that more single shingle replacements would just weaken the roof further. Instead, they gave me the info I had requested about a "Fresh Roof Rejuvenation" to extend the life of my roof. From the attached photo, you can see the roof while it was a work in progress, and the difference it made in the appearance--not to mention their seven-year guarantee. They showed up on time, were very careful on my property to not damage anything, and even gave me a free roof "tune-up", where they replaced the vent pipe boots, calked any defective or bent shingles, and hammered in any popped-up nails. They weren't the least expensive option but, although the price differences were marginal, the professionalism, organization, and service Yuras offered were worth the slight difference. Most of our community needed new roofs and the storm chasers were out in full force! Companies we'd never heard of and had practically zero presence on the internet for references were everywhere. Yuras chased no one in the neighborhood. I can't even speak highly enough of the care and cleanliness of the crew. Luke's crew laid tarps where needed and cleaned up after themselves each day (it took 2 days). We haven't found a single nail or scrap in our yard since they finished. They even combed our neighbor's yard closest to our house to make sure nothing landed there! Our other neighbors are still complaining of finding stray nails weeks after they had theirs replaced by other companies! Between shingles selection, other roofing necessities, warranty and customer service, we were very pleased with our decision to hire Yuras. I hope we won't need another roof any time soon, but I would hire Yuras again in a heartbeat if we did.

Just recently had my roof replaced by Yura's Roofing. They were fantastic throughout the whole…read moreprocess. They worked directly with my insurance for all of the adjuster's inquiries. The process was smooth and simple. The quote was perfectly in line with what the insurance estimated. After the job was finished, we had some paint peel from the fascia which is common with full replacements. Yura's noticed the peel and scheduled a painter to touch up all the areas. They also did an AMAZING job with cleanup. We have dogs so we were worried about the company leaving nails and other dangers in the back yard. Well after they left there was not a scrap that could be found. They even came back the day after to scan around the house for any scraps with a magnet. I think the only hiccup in the process was that they only take checks as payment. They also do card, but I think it was somewhere around a 2-3% fee, so we obviously opted for the check process, but the only issue is we haven't used checks in years so we had to order them to be able to pay the vendor. It would have been really nice to be able to do a direct wire transfer. But that is a very minor issue when the product they provide is solid. I wouldn't waste time with other quotes tbh, just go with this company.

This was…read moreparticularly upsetting because the house is less than 2 years old but of course the builder's warranty expired right before the storm. I reached out to Barnes N' Roofs and was promptly contacted, given a quick quote and someone was at my house in less than 48 hours! He quickly fixed my immediate issue and went around the roof shoring up shoddy work from the builder! I feel confident that my roof is ready for anything, but if I do need more repairs, I know that Barnes will be my only call!
