Once in awhile she did have to answer the phone, but I believe they have an answering service now when there is a customer. I have gone back many times because the masseuse is very good, friendly, and pleasant. She keeps the place very clean from what I can see. There is a bit of a language barrier, but we don't talk much during the massage. If you want a massage and nothing else, go here. If you are looking for anything other than a massage, go elsewhere because you won't find it here.
