When leaving, I was given a bottle of water to take with me, The spa prides themselves on addressing everyone's individual needs, and my massage definitely did just that. My massage therapist performed some cupping on my back, so that it wouldn't leave marks, yet by moving it around on my back would help loosen tight muscles.
