On Saturday I helped my husband move an item that was too heavy for me. Midway through the chore, I…read morefelt my back and let go on my right side. My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side.
