After my first session Joseph explained to me what I needed to be doing at home to help fix the problem in between my appointments with him. I did exactly as he told me and within a couple weeks I started seeing huge results and feeling myself again. During each session he would explain to me how I ended up in such bad shape. He gave me more of a clear understanding of what exactly he was doing to my muscles and why it is important to continue doing what I'm doing at home for strengthening. Visiting him every 4 weeks for regular maintenance to adjust my muscles and release my fascia has been keeping me going as a full-time stylist. Tia was not only a great massage therapist in the Venice, FL area but also made "house calls". With her help treating my spinal stenosis once a week, I was able to play golf 4-5 times per week in Florida, about double of what I was able to play at home. We will definitely miss Tia in the winters in Florida but hope to visit friends in the Lenoir City, TN area and take advantage of her services.
