In just 1 session I was immediately brought the front door, unlocking the connection to my wiser self. SHORT STORY: Call and make the appointment. You won't regret it. Donna is great at what she does. She knows how to guide you on the path you wish to travel sort of speak. Her session pack a punch and is worth every penny and every minute. Be warned the deep relaxing sessions are addictive. You want to go back for more. You will feel a sense of happiness, refreshment and accomplishment when you "wake up" from your session. MORE DETATILS: I WAS skeptical about hypnosis. All I knew about it was from TV and movies. It's hokey and who wants to cluck like a chicken. Hey at one point of my life I viewed going to therapy was for the "weak". Now because of TV shows like the Sopranos, therapy is no longer a mystery and completely socially acceptable. Research. The key is to demystify hypnosis. I looked up a tons of videos and articles. I came across Donna's thorough and detailed videos. The way she talked about hypnosis was less scary, less magical and more scientific and practical. The videos help you get familiar not only with the process but with Donna who will guide you and make you feel more comfortable to make that call and make an appointment. Office. The office on the 1st floor and is conveniently located where there is lots of parking. The space is a typical office you'd expect, clean and tidy. You have a "pregame chat" or discovery chatI call it, then do the actual hypnosis in a nice cozy room. The process: -First you start with a pregame chat where Donna guides you with questions to explore what kind of things you would like to work on and what messages you want to suggest or impress upon your subconscious. -Then you head into the hypnosis room, where you sit in big comfy recliner with a big fuzzy blanket and lights dimmed down. -Next Donna plays some relaxing meditation music as she guides you into deep relaxation. She will get you into this deep and deeper relaxation state. Even if you have trouble focusing Donna's calm and soothing voice will allow you to just slow down. I promise. -When you reach this deep state of relaxation she will start saying suggestions about what you talked about earlier and slowly guided you back up to reality. - You "wake up" feeling amazing. The actual hypnosis will feel like hours when in reality it was only 10-15 minutes. Cost: I signed up for the 5 sessions. Price wise it is comparable to the cost of a phycologist. Well worth it! Hypnosis vs Therapy: I think therapy is wonderful and everyone can use someone to talk to. The con with therapy is that its a long process and you talk about stuff and discovery belief systems that don't serve you and talk about it some more on an Ego level. Hypnosis cuts to the chase! Identify the thought that does does not serve you and replace it with a thought that does serve you and programs you towards your goal. I have discovered more with Donna in our short period of time than I did in years of therapy. Again therapy is not bad. My friend and I were charged a significant sum of $125 each per session with the expectation of receiving professional guidance and support in our efforts to decrease cravings for vaping. However, our experience was nothing short of a complete disaster. Firstly, throughout the session, we were consistently disrupted by a series of obnoxious coughs coming from John, mimicking the sounds of someone suffering from COPD. This incessant coughing occurred every ten minutes, making it nearly impossible for us to concentrate and fully immerse ourselves in the hypnotic process. This blatant lack of consideration for his clients' comfort and focus is highly unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. To make matters worse, our session was interrupted by the deafening sounds of screaming people that work in the building right outside the office door to which he had to keep pausing and opening the door to ask them to quiet down. They did not. This disturbance not only shattered the tranquil environment required for effective hypnotism but also rendered the entire session futile and ineffective. How can one be expected to achieve a state of relaxation and concentration while being bombarded by external chaos? It is utterly baffling that he allowed such an interruption to occur, showing a complete disregard for the well-being and progress of his clients. Additionally, the recording provided to us for use during cravings was nothing more than a compilation of distractions and disruptions. Instead of offering a helpful tool to combat our cravings, it further hindered our progress. Following the disastrous session, my friend and I reached out to him through text, expressing our dissatisfaction and requesting a brief complimentary session to make up for the disruptions and the overall horrific experience we endured. He initially agreed to this proposal, providing us with a glimmer of hope that perhaps he recognized the gravity of the situation. However, when we attempted to schedule the session, our messages went unanswered, and when he finally answered the phone, blatantly denied ever agreeing to the complimentary session and told us the best he could do was another fee at a discounted price. This deliberate deception is deplorable and only further reinforces our negative opinion. Even more concerning is his attempt to shift the blame onto us, suggesting that our lack of seriousness and motivation was responsible for the disastrous session. Allow me to emphasize that we explicitly communicated our desire to quit vaping numerous times throughout the day we met. We would not have invested such a considerable amount of money if we were not genuinely committed to overcoming our addiction. His baseless accusation is not only offensive but also a clear attempt to evade taking accountability for his own disgusting unprofessionalism. As struggling students, the financial burden of his exorbitant fee is not insignificant to us. We trusted him to provide us with a service that would help improve our lives, only to be met with an unprofessional, disruptive, and overall distressing experience. His failure to deliver on his promises, coupled with unprofessional behavior and refusal to honor his word, is a complete betrayal of our trust. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere if you are interested in trying hypnotism as this man is scamming people out of money.

I recently had two incredible opportunities to speak - one was for 150 people at a company's fundraiser and the other was for my very first TEDx Talk. The big issue was they fell a week apart. I was terrified I would not be able to get them both into my bones enough for them to flow naturally. I met with Jim Cullum and he suggested I use hypnosis for public speaking and memory and recall and I was so on board. After my first session of four, he sent me home having taught me this special process and I was to practice throughout the week before our second session. He shared inspiring stories of the doctors, attorneys and students he has helped study and pass their exams over the years. All attempts to get him to relax failed and only served to heighten his stress which - as his doctors explained - made it more difficult for his body to fight the cancer. A friend told me of Jim Cullum's hypnosis practice. I honestly did not think my father would agree to it but I contacted Jim anyway. We spoke for a while and I liked him. He was caring and very empathetic towards my father's situation. I explained my father was not strong enough to travel and Jim agreed without hesitation to come to my father's home.Surprisingly, my father was very receptive to the idea of hypnosis. Their first session was nearly two hours and there was an immediate change in my father that was visibly noticeable. He was calmer and the fear and anxiety that had been evident in his eyes for months was gone. He played and spent time with his grandchildren and he and my mother even managed a short getaway. He and Jim spoke several times by phone over the next several months and after each call there was a renewed relaxation to my father's body and I am certain, equally his mind. My father passed peacefully in his sleep a little more than six months after his first hypnosis session with Jim. I know those final months were happy months, free of fear because of the caring and compassionate effort Jim Cullum spent teaching my father to breathe and relax.
