I had a hearing aid about four years ago due to dramatic hearing loss in my right ear. I woke up to find that I had fallen asleep with it still in my ear during the night and it had fell out. My new puppy Penny found it and all that was left was a small piece of the electronics, I was heartbroken. I had a wonderful friend who knew the owner Mr. Kutick and he suggested I call him and Beltone. I did, and made the appointment with Laurel, she made the extra effort to get me in right away as I was so excited to pick it up. I had previously had done the hearing with Bert, who was amazing and then picked up the actual hearing aid at the Aventura office. I met with Karen Zaharatos the Hearing Specialist for the final fitting and she was so understanding and really helped to fine tune the hearing aid for me. I am a Bluetooth junkie and she explained how Beltone partnered with iPhone and it feeds directly into the earring aid I was excited. I am a Realtor and it is a must for me. So I went and purchased a new iPhone and am waiting to enjoy that new freedom as well. First thing I noticed was how loud my keys jungled. It is a whole new world. I often had been interpreted by others as aggressive due to my talking so loud. I could not hear myself speaking, but thanks to Beltone and the wonderful Staff at Aventura, I can now. I talk much softer and I hear my Client's words without saying "what or say again" at every sentence. It was embracing. Cleaning for the hearing aids seemed to be cheaper here, too. Edgardo Mock, the owner, is not rude and will engage in a conversation with you and listen to you. He was generous enough to do a price match with the same streamer (bluetooth device that I hang around my neck to hear the TV better and to have a hands free phone conversation) I was about to get in the other location. I wanted to get it from him, because I like his adjustments far better. Every time I walk in there, I see him with a happy client. I have hope in this place.

Turns out they just needed to be cleaned ‍ which was fantastic. She gave me a hearing test explained why I do and don't hear sounds. She recommended new hearing aids which after 4+ years qualified for a new set. She was patient and caring, Just the right kind of doctor I needed. Hearing so important. I now have devices that fit comfortably and completely in my ear canal. Making the appointment was a breeze!! Rudy got me in the same day! Parking is plentiful in the shopping center lot. Ms. Bustamonte is so kind and gives such attention to detail. My hearing loss is quite unique, and programming the devices was quite complicated however she assured that the fit was comfortable, the sound was crisp and clear on both sides. Also know that your brain gets used to the sound and requires a readjust to the devices in about a week or two. Again she was brilliant in getting it just perfect. I want to say thank you to your amazing front desk staff…read more I was visiting ft Lauderdale for business reasons. The my worst nightmare came true. My left ear hearing aid suddenly was not receiving any sounds . How was I going to do my presentation and answer questions following the presentation . I was so worried. I called your office and your staff member said they would see me. I prayed and so did the wonderful lady at the front desk. She went to work on my hearing aids right away. She was able to clean my receivers and get them back working. She totally saved my day and I was able to do my presentation and answer questions without missing a beat .
