This company annually pulled in 12 million dollars, after research there's other sitiations where…read moretheir attitudes are a common pattern, the people insurance qoutes, deductibles, and citizens on the road are at risk from this companies business practices, their products and work put peoples cars, property at risk of being damaged and they have zero transparency, and lack accountability to address there employees conduct, I'd recommend this company man a post to assure no trucks leaving there sites has rocks that will fall or fly from tires, their pits have no signage and the company has no practices to assure the services they provide aren't damaging others property, you ever have a window cracked by a rock and attempt to get your window fixed, most companies may accommodate or some may say there's no proff that's why there's insurance coverages, why should peoples premiums or deductibles be set in place or impacted due to a company like this loading trucks and no assuring others on the road aren't harmed or out of pocket and wasting peoples time because they don't have a inspection post manned to assure their products are leaving their site not putting others at risk, if you see trucks leaving this companies pits, or there trucks please take pictures of their tires and the rocks in them, if your window is broken or car is hit by a rock from trucks leaving their sites, would you accept it if you were told, who has time to check their tires and remove rocks, or to be told the rock could of already been on the road, all this is said because they are allowing trucks to leave their sites with rocks in their tires, rocks on their trucks, that even possibly there own loaders spilled, most companies dont want drivers getting out of their trucks, this company will blame it on the truck driver, i believe they need a manned inspection post to assure no truck leaves their site with rocks on it, or in their tires, and it has a huge impact on others property, and citzens, we all pay for the roads and I required to have insurance but we shouldn't have to pay for companies negligence, and if you ask too many questions they get defensive, will create false narratives and call the cops and have you removed from their property instead of accepting any accountability or trying to solve problems, you would think if you're pulling into $1000000 a year you can hire a guy to do walk around on trucks and have the driver sign out, who would be responsible to pay for someone to sit and dig rocks out of tires, the service provider pretty obvious in a good example of why they will treat you like s*** something happened to your vehicle and you want to ask questions

If you are looking for a company for excavation work, you found them…read more We recently had a septic drain field stop working. I called Patrick at Shamrock, came he came out the next day to review what needed to be done for a new field. Patrick showed up when he said he would, gave me a reasonable estimate of what the work would cost and a time line of what needed to be done. I secured the permit, and Patrick scheduled a time for the inspector to be on site. Another positive outcome. Patrick was on time again! We dug the test hole, Patrick said he would email me a bid and did so that day. I gave him the go ahead on the project. This was later in the week, so we scheduled for Monday morning. Patrick had the equipment on site Friday afternoon, so everything would be ready for Monday. The time to completion was 3 days. Monday morning, Patrick and his crew arrived on time at 7 am and began work. The crew surveyed the project, came up with a plan, then began. They were very helpful in helping me remove some fencing to allow access for dump trucks to remove dirt from the excavation, and for replacing the dirt with the required fill. Wednesday, everything was finished. On time! The crew was very conscientious about minimizing the impact on the yard, and about leaving the yard as close as possible to how they found it. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and his crew. Timely, conscientious, helpful, and excellent work. I hope this helps anyone looking for excavation work make a decision. I doubt you could find a better company.
