It was Friday night when we realized Monday was Columbus Day and all of our insurance is due. But…read morewe knew that a local Allstate right down the road would be open on a Saturday. However, our agent is not. Saturday morning we arrived at the local Allstate to find out they were closed and it's by appointment only. Now what? None of the NY area agencies were open. We tried customer service, they were useless. So we googled Allstate in the neighboring county since we were headed to Waldwick. My husband dialed this Ramsey agency. But it when into voice mail. He tried it again, voice mail. To our amazement, Andrew Haderthauer saw that we attempted to call twice and called us back!! Turns out he was on the phone with a client. He saved the day!!
