I am a massage lover I had the foot reflexology session for 60 minutes and truly it is one of the most enjoyable experiences you can have The room is comfortable the music she plays is great the smell of lemongrass essential oils makes everything feel relaxing. Do yourself a favor take care of yourself and book a session as soon as you can. read more

Heather is amazing at what she does. I have had many different sessions with her and would normally recommend what I think she's best at, but she's the best at massage therapy, reki and reflexology. I highly recommend a session with Heather. read more

Heather is amazing! I am a flight attendant who is on my feet for hours and often wearing high heels. She was able to release the tension in my feet like no one else ever has. Same goes for the rest of my body! I felt great after my massage! read more

I feel light as a feather. I came in for a reflexology appointment set with ClassPass. I have plantar fasciitis and needed some quality foot time. Thanks to Heather I was half asleep the whole time because it was so relaxing. It was never painful, but incredibly healing. read more

Established in 2000.

After earning my degrees in counseling, I began my career in a hospital’s integrative health wing, where I gained experience working collaboratively within a holistic care model. I went on to provide substance abuse counseling, anxiety and depression treatment, relationship counseling, and later opened my own private practice. Over time, my work expanded into founding and directing a holistic healing school, where I trained others in integrative therapeutic approaches. After relocating from Hawai‘i to Arizona, I opened a mind–body therapy practice and now focus on Holistic Counseling and Integrative Sex and Relationship Therapy for individuals and couples. I currently practice at the Scottsdale Center for Sex and Relationship Therapy under the supervision of Isa Jones, LMFT, CST
