I hired Brea Photography because when I went to their website the photos seemed like my style. I…read morespoke with Brea Photography on the phone after speaking with another photographer that I was inquiring with, and Brea was significantly less expensive. Brea offered to do our engagement photos for free so they could get to know us. Even though we did not want engagement photos we could not pass up the fact that they were free. It was a very pleasant experience with Jessica and the photos turned out really well. Fast forward to our wedding in June of 2014: Jessica was an absolute delight to have as my photographer. I made it very clear to her that I did not want staged photos where everyone is standing perfectly all the time, and I did not want to be bombarded with photos. She listened to what I wanted and the photos were very painless. She was snapping pictures when I didn't even know she was taking pictures, so she was very unobtrusive. Jessica is a very sweet person and I just can't say enough about her. She also listened to the wedding party when they had an idea for a photo. Jessica was also very flexible when I changed my mind about something at the last minute. It really was a wonderful and pleasant day with her. The photos that I just received back from the wedding are GORGEOUS!! Jessica captured some beautiful moments and the pictures are very much my style of photography. As someone who plans a lot of events, not having to give photography a second thought is completely priceless. If you can snag Brea, use her before you use her peeps, but anyone from the group should work out just fine. Typically getting a hold of her 2-3 weeks before your event is enough time, but book ahead if you want to use her pop-up photo booth services, which I believe are new.
