We were served homemade cream of mushroom soup, some kind of pasta dish and chicken parmesan. The cheese on top of the chicken looked rubbery, and according to the lady sitting next to me it tasted rubbery as well. The pasta was crusty and not very tasty. Now for renting and I'm not sure on timing, but I know it wasn't cheap anywhere from 1500-2000 depends on if you have the catering package. Mind you, my cousin's mother side of the family did their own catering. They also hired a DJ and I believe it was one of the owners that was the bartender drinks that were included with that party at no additional cost were Coke products and bottled water. Parking is primarily in the front however there is a road in the back of gravel road that if you're wanting to surprise somebody that you can park in the back. I would suggest contacting the owners regarding pricing timing, etc.. Cons: nobody knew when the DJ and the bartender were going to show up, but we also didn't know on exact times since it was all planned through the teenagers's mom.
