Unfortunately, the balloon started deflating before I even reached home--and I live just around the corner. I called the store and was told to come back, but once I did, they said the balloon had a hole and refused to refund, replace it, or even try to fix it with tape. When I first left the store, the balloon already didn't look fully inflated, but I assumed it was intentional. Clearly, that wasn't the case. Very disappointing experience. I won't be supporting this place again. For me it's not about the money but the way they handled the whole situation.

She was very quick to answer any questions, she made the process easy, stress free, and accommodating. Her communication was always spot on and not once did I wonder what was happening or what needed to be done. Not only is she professional, she does amazing work. Like a magician, she arrived with her supplies and very quickly got to work creating this beautiful decor. Our arrangement came out better than expected, was high quality and everyone loved it. As an individual, she is very sweet and personable; she went above and beyond by coming back to retrieve the arrangement after the party ended (was great not to have to figure out the cleanup of so many bulky balloons) and she even separated some balloons to gift to the children in attendance so they could play with them.
