Over the years it has been difficult to find a groomer who had the personality and skillful to listen to what I wanted and really care about the boys. They often came home with cuts that were not very good and/or aspects of grooming just not done. Then, I found Sierra and her sister Cali at Pet Value in Simcoe, On. They listen and ask questions to clarify what you would like them to do. They are gentle, kind and professional. Should Sierra need further clarification or share a concern ... she'll call right away. At the end of the grooming I get a verbal report about any findings and how they boys handled the grooming. The boys come home happy, smelling great, all aspects of grooming and care are done, and the cuts are cute, and beautifully symmetrical. The sisters add a little bit of "funk" to their hair sometimes. Thank you Sierra and Cali. Thank you to the staff at Pet Value for having great groomers.
