A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. I have been getting gel manicures for many years and never were they that thick. So thick that I had difficulty getting my contacts out that night. I don't think they cured properly and they were almost sticky when I was in the shower. They also gave me two "free" nail designs and I am not an artist but I could have done better! My husband said it looked like I had a bug painted on my nails. I did pay and did tip because that's who I am. The owner asked if everything was fine and I said yes - first because I didn't have the time to get them fixed as I needed to go to work and second because I was frustrated and wanted to leave. The next day I went to a different place to have the gel taken off and reapplied. They kept asking "what type of gel is this" because it was so thick. When I explained I had them done the day before they said oh no because they looked like they had been grown out for a week.
