My manager at the time was very unprofessional. I would have things come up in advance that I could not work on, so I would message about it. I would tend to get either left on open or delivered, and to me, that is very unprofessional, so many wrong things that I was not very fond of. It is not professional at all, to continue not to answer many workers, or they get left on open as well. (Friends I worked with told me this would happen to them as well. I understand we all have the responsibility of a job, but we are teenagers, and things come up, we do not deserve to be treated this way. She would tend to ignore workers because of something they did that she did not like. That is not something a manager should do; this type of thing should be fixed. The owner is a very nice person l overall never had any issues. But things need to be changed; this is not okay. And can tend to be a very toxic workplace. I have had many experiences with this, and many of my coworkers could also say the same.

The farm is absolutely meticulously maintained. I notice those little details and clearly, they take them serious. It's clean, beautiful, and so thoughtfully laid out with conveniently placed bathrooms and food options. It's clear serious thought has been put into activities and infrastructure at this farm.
