I have been going here on and off over the 10 years I have lived in this area. I went again yesterday and it was the most incredible experience!! I suffer from dystonia, which causes issues with a lack of dorsiflexion in both of my feet. The difference in how I feel and the amount of improved function after a 60 minute session - 30 minutes body and 30 minutes feet, is night and day! It is almost as much a difference as the miraculous changes that have occurred for me with my regular low-force chiropractic work that I receive from Carmen at Light Touch Family Chiropractic. I love how reflexology seems to get the energy in my chakras moving again as well. The only issue I have with this business is that most of the practitioners know very little English, which can be a problem if they are working an area of the body and applying too much pressure or visa versa, but it is not enough of a concern to drop a star in their rating. $50.00 plus tip for full body massage is a great deal too. Great deep tissue massage. They even massage a bit more such as your head and forehead. Completely calms you.

I've been here twice and each time was HEAVENLY. For $35, you can get a 20 minute body massage on the table and a 40 minute foot massage. It's $40 if you want 30 minutes of each. Facilities are clean. Spa music plays in the background. There is also a bathroom in the back. The massages are not gentle. It's almost like a combination of shiatsu and Thai massage. They will press on your pressure points and it will hurt. They will also pull on your limbs. After they're done, it feels oh-so-good though. You could ask them to go lighter but unless you have medical objections, try to tough it out. The foot massages are performed in these gigantic Lazy Boys. Your eyes will be covered while your feet soak in a large wooden bucket. Your head and face will be massaged also. TIPS: 1. Make an appointment. There are usually only 2-3 therapists working. 2. They take credit cards. 3. There isn't much privacy. The massage tables are in a separate room but you might find yourself in there with someone else. I left my sweats and a loose T-shirt on, and it wasn't a problem. 4. Have the table massage first. Footies last. 5. Tipping: As Maggie C. mentioned, the masseurs disappear right away. They're usually cleaning up. I just asked if I could pop into the back and it seemed okay. read more

The most disappointing thing about this "unheavenly" experience, was not only wasting $65 dollars for an incompetent rub, but the complete lack of communication. My experience here was not good in any way. My masseur's nails were so long and sharp that he kept scratching me throughout the full body massage. At some point he left the room and came back with a towel soaked in tepid water and began to wipe down my back the way you wipe down a car, including slapping my skin with the edges of the towel as it became a cold wet towel. There was NO FOOT SOAK and worse, no privacy. I paid for a 90 minute full body massage where you disrobe and then are covered with a sheet. The sheet was the size of a large napkin and I had to request a towel. But worse, they put you in a private room with a GLASS DOOR. So if you're going to take off your clothes, you'll have a full audience. I had to request for them to put a towel or sheet over the door to have privacy from the other customers. I should have walked out right then. Unbelievable. So altogether, I got scratched, massaged much too roughly (even though I repeatedly asked him to go softer). Even better, in the middle of the massage a totally strange man came in to ask me questions since my masseur was totally unable to communicate in English. The masseur had only done 45 minutes and wanted to end the massage. I had to argue with a strange man while I was naked under a towel to get my full 90 minutes. Later I called to tell them what happened and that I NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOT SOAK. Their response? *Sorry*. No offer of a corrective experience, let alone a refund of my money. Just sketchy overpriced bad service. Are these foot massage places even regulated?... or nah. I won't be coming back. Look elsewhere for competent massage, relaxation and privacy, or bring your own towel and nail clippers. Buyer Beware: If you're allergic to cigarettes, I saw a number of cigarette packs on the table in the back room where the bathroom is. So much for a healthy environment. Chances are your masseur will stink of cigarette smoke. read more

This place was indeed heavenly - at least for me. My best friend took me here as a surprise for my 25th birthday. We both got body massages and of course foot massages (with some reflexology to boot). The place was clean and smelled great and there was really nice music playing. They even put a towel over our face while they massaged our feet / legs. I'm not sure exactly how much she paid, but I know it was really affordable. TRIED to go here but had the weirdest experience. After an incredibly long work week I decided to go get a massage. I didn't call and make an appointment because I've been once before and walked right in - and that was on a weekend. (This visit was a weekday around 2pm.) Anyway, walked in to find an empty shop except for three employees (sitting in the back area). One approached me and I asked for the 60 minute massage, which is the most popular because it's only $35. We had some communication issues so I pointed to the massage on their menu. He nodded, smiled and motioned for me to follow him. He took me to the back area (with the flat tables) and said he'd be back. I took off my shoes and put all my personal items in the little basket they give you and I waited. After about two minutes a different man came into the room and very harshly told me that they were "busy" and I had to leave "right now". Then he left the room. That was it. I left and I'm never going back. It was the most sketch experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They were rude and unprofessional. It's only $35 but you're gonna take your chances on the level of service you may (or may not) receive. May the odds be ever in your favor. read more

I received my second massage with Heavenly Feet the other day. I did the $35 foot and back massage! Great for the price! Both times I left very satisfied. What to expect: to be seated in a recliner in room with other people. They start by putting your feet in hot water, while massaging your head and neck. Then they cover your eyes with a eye cover or towel (I can't remember exactly) and rub your feet and legs. Each time they rubbed every inch of my feet. Next, you are taken to a massage bed, fully clothed where they put an immense amount of pressure on your muscles, which I enjoy. They really get deep in each muscle. If you don't like pressure, communicate that. Don't expect it to be like other massages. Pros: great pressure, effective, relaxing, and well worth the price. Cons: it can be a little distracting when the phone rings, or when new customers come in to receive services. read more

I visited for the first time and it was amazing! I opted for the 60-minute back and foot massage which also included a neck and head massage! The back massage was a little intense and I still feel a little sore the next day, but it felt very nice. I am normally quite tense in the neck and back area and was recently in a car accident, so that may have been a factor. Next time, I might opt for just the foot massage which was great!!! This is foot massage, not reflexology. I have had reflexology in the state, in China, and South America and this is not reflexology. It was a pretty nice foot and upper back massage. However, communication is a huge issue. I was first put in the wrong place because the worker didn't or couldn't read my voucher. I asked for a extra salt scrub which didn't register at all. I wore one of my new nice T-Shirts so it would be comfortable for them to rub. But without asking she forcibly stretched out the neck of my t-shirt in order to put her hands under and massage my shoulders. I really didn't want the neck stretched out. At the end, I gave her a tip. It was not acknowledged in any way. Not sure if I'll go back for a massage or not. read more

This place is great. It's both relaxing and affordable. You can get a 30 minute foot (reflexology) massage for 25 dollars, and for just 10$ more bump it up to 60 minutes. I haven't tried their hand or full body massages yet, but those also look very affordable. I suggest making an appointment, especially if you're going with a friend. But the two times I've been, we just popped over and it was fine (with a little wait). I'm confused about the tips here since the masseurs disappear right when they finish your feet and there is no tip line on the credit card receipt....maybe they don't expect a tip? Took my younger sis here when she was visiting from SC this summer. She's a mom of 3 and runs around constantly, plus has old auto-accident injuries. We got a chair massage and a foot massage/reflexology treatment. They didn't have anyone in the massage room so had us lie down. It was incredible. Best 15 minutes ever. I have been to this location once and found the atmosphere very pleasant! I had an hour long treatment which was very good! For about half an hour my masseur worked on my scalp, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Then he showed me to a very comfortable massage chair and put my feet in hot water which was very soothing. After that he massaged my feet and did reflexology for the last half hour. This was my first time getting reflexology since I usually like a super deep tissue massage, but I decided to try it. Just to relax I would do it again, but for muscle relief I still prefer my hour long deep tissue massage!! read more

I had pulled my back and needed some relief. They had time the moment I walked in and was seated in the most comfortable chair. He gently gave me a face and head massage and then to my feet. The foot assage that was unbelievable. It was more than I had expected from the foot massage. I had asked for more and they gave me some extra time for my back massage which helped alleviate the pain I was in.
