I received a rug cleaning by another company about 10 months ago and they came to my home to complete the work. By the summer time when the moisture was up I could smell my rug, and it was not a good smell. I looked at reviews from a few local companies and Heavenly Rugs continually had Great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I called and received a quote from the owner. We decided to have them complete the work. They came to my house to pick it up to do a proper hand wash cleaning. I was told I would receive it within 2 weeks. I got it back within a week and they even delivered it back to my house. I was even more surprised the 2 nice young men brought in the rug and set it up perfectly for me as I wished. Had my wool Oriental carpet cleaned. It was stained with pet spots and other stains. The owner called to say he was not pleased with the outcome, it still showed spots and streaks from the previous owner using a home rug cleaner. He said he was going to personally clean it again. He delivered it today...it looks and feels like a new carpet! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He picked up 5 more Persian carpets to clean and was extremely knowledgeable about the names and origins of the carpets. I highly recommend Heavenly Rugs. They are always so helpful, kind and do fabulous work. My dog vomited on my rug on Christmas Eve. I panicked!!! I attempted to clean it myself but seemed to make it worse. I contacted them the day after Christmas in complete panic assuming I ruined my rug. They were at my house asap, and went straight to work on the rug. You CANNOT even see or tell where it happened. It looks beautiful again.
