Go see a doctor, they will tell you what type of mattress you need, then go from there; and if you have a bad back, I am thinking that a doctor specializing in chronic back pain will more than likely recommend a firm mattress and an exercise/stretching routine. Also, MANY stores hire delivery drivers not associated directly with the store. I don't know about this store but think about that before you bash a business due to a bad experience you had with someone that may not even be one of their employees. I don't work there, never have and I have no connection with this business at all. I'm just an old retired guy that will definitely go back to BHF for my future furniture needs.

I contacted Mr. Latifi for another cleaning. This time, I had to deliver the rug to Mr. Latifi, as well as pick it up. When I picked up the rug a week later, and brought it home, it was clear to me that the rug had never been cleaned. And I had just paid Mr. Latifi 181.09. I contacted him the next day, complaining that my rug had not been cleaned and told me I was wrong, that they did a very good job. I took a rag and some carpet cleaner to the rug myself, and was able to remove dirt from the rug. The spot where my dog had lain and compressed the pile was still compressed. Two weeks later, I contacted Fred Remmers to clean my rug. They picked up my rug, delivered it back to me, and said that the rug was very dirty. It's now clean again. Mr. Latifi is dishonest, I don't recommend anyone do business with him for any reason.

Amy, our Kiser's Floor Fashions Sales Consultant, was PHENOMINAL!!! She impressed us: (1) during our showroom visit, (2) during her in-home visit for measurements, and (3) professionalism during follow-up (calls, emails, text). Amy was never pushy and did an exceptional job of consultative selling. Bottom-line, at Kiser's, we got better quality nylon carpet, premium padding, installation, warranties, and service then other carpet stores.

High quality, but their service is abysmal. I bought a couch 2 years ago. It has held up well and…read moreis of high quality. However, it took them a long time to deliver it. Last month, I ordered a sideboard which was on sale. They told me I would have it in two weeks. The emailed invoice said 3 weeks. It has now been over three weeks, and I do not even have a delivery date out of them. I have sent two emails and left a voicemail. Still no delivery date. If you have lots of patience and willing to wait, you will not be disappointed with the quality. Just don't expect any delivery promises to be kept.
