I had my first massage there a few weeks back. I thought the place was filthy and the hole on the…read moremassage table had a strange odor. The massage lady was very nice. I told her that I didn't want to put my face in the hole. She agreed. She let me lift up my head during the massage. I then rolled over on my back for most of my massage. While I was laying there in the first massage room. There were two employees in the lobby having a loud conversation. It really made me feel awkward (they were speaking Chinese). They had no place to hang up your clothes and I was told by the manager/owner that I could put my clothes on a folding chair in the corner. I would never go back there for a massage. I feel bad for the girl that works there. It wasn't her fault.

We Were behind because of traffic and informed them we'd be there at 6:30 & they called about 3 times to keep seeing what the eta was. We arrived at 6:32 & they called & we stated we were right out front parking. Went in for a couples massage & we were asked to pay first.. red flag. We did. Continued in & They didn't even offer the same room & when we asked if we could get the same room they said that's not available.. another red flag. Why is there a service if it's not going to be performed correctly? Ok. Whatever. Walked in our rooms & after taking off my clothes, the lady starts to ask what type of Asian I am & after I answered she proceeded to massage me. She was very touchy and mainly focused on my butt area. Nonetheless I just received my massage because It was okay, it's not my first time. After my massage was finished I walk out to see my friend has already finished with the grouchiest look on his face. After tipping & leaving he tells me it was THE ABSOLUTE WORST massage experience he has ever had in his life. He was disgusted in how inappropriate the masseuse was. Touching way to close to his private areas & getting on top of his back massaging his neck and ears but not even apply pressure. how uncomfortable she made him feel and how his body STILL hurt! Of course I was furious because it was a birthday gift from me to him so I went to explain to them what happen & my masseuse lady immediately said the owner left and they don't speak English so she called him for us to speak & as I was explaining he starts talking over me. he is the most arrogant man I've ever spoke to. He kept talking and yelling over me like I was in the wrong & told me there's nothing he can do about it. we had reservations at 9 some place else & said I'd be writing a review. Fast forward the next day(today) I call again to see if he would be able to compensate me somehow bc of how bad of a taste that experience left For us. he starts to yell again & continues to threaten me to make a police report because HIS employee believes she's working in a happy ending & can't do a $70 job correctly. Worried about the wrong shit. Shut this business down. don't go here if your body is tense & looking for a massage. And check your husbands location, if he's coming here he's cheating on you for less then $100. Oh and I'm not even the type of person to write a bad review so there's that! I would give this a -5 star if i could.

The conversation must have been stressful because she was rubbing my back as hard as imaginable and in a very fast aggressive nature. I told her that this wasn't good and she said sorry and stopped talking on the phone. the massage quality did not improve though. Despite me saying "too hard" she continued to dig her knuckles into my back and rub up and down on my spine. I paid for an hour and lasted MAYBE 30 minutes before I waved my hands and said no more. She didn't speak a lick of English so I have no idea what she was saying but it sounded like she was pleasing with me to stay. I said no and got dressed. She didn't offer me a partial refund, a water, a mint, nothing. She said "sorry" and that was that.
