Unfortunately, this was one of the worst couple massage experiences I've ever had. From the start, the environment lacked any calming atmosphere you'd expect from a professional massage setting. The therapists did not ask us about our needs before the massage and when asked to change the pressure seemed confused or annoyed and then discussed it with the other therapist in their native language. I understand language barriers may exist, however it is frustrating when you cannot communicate with someone when they are physically hurting you. The therapist seemed either untrained or uninterested. The pressure was far too heavy and when asked to do less she did more. Half the time she was massage my bones, not my muscle. My therapist only checked in once about my comfort or needs while my boyfriends checked in every step of the way. It felt more like someone randomly pushing on my body than a focused, therapeutic massage. I've had many professional massages in the past and this was not even close to one. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. It is almost 24 hours later and I am currently in agony needing a heating pad for my back that is how much pain I am in from that massage. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt disappointed and frustrated, especially given the price and considering how many other great reviews this place got. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. read more

Heavenly Spa is truly a hidden gem! I scheduled via Yelp messenger which made things easy, and the owner was friendly and responsive. I arrived for my appointment and had my temperature checked, and everyone was wearing masks. The spa exterior is modest and unassuming, and there was ample parking available. The interior is quiet and simple with lots of natural light. No frills, tabletop waterfalls, essential oils or ambient lighting - this is the place to go if you the focus to be on your massage - and that is exactly what I received! Not that anything is wrong with those touches, but I personally don't go for massages to "relax" in the traditional sense - but rather as a treatment - so Heavenly Spa was perfect for me! Today was my first visit and I opted for a 60 min deep tissue. My masseuse's introduction was brief but friendly; she confirmed my service, asked if I was comfortable and said to tell her if the pressure need to be adjusted. She started with "Ashiatsu" or walking on my back with the assistance of bars (noted in the pictures). I was not expecting this end I've never had it done before, but it was so effective! My masseuse also used oil and hot stones. Truly and genuinely, this was the most effective and thorough massage I've ever had. I felt like the masseuse truly focused on my muscles and that I was receiving a treatment. Again, this is a no frills experience, which meant there were some noises (albeit minimal) of doors opening/closing and lots of natural sunlight as opposed to a dark room. I will absolutely be back and hope to make this a regular part of my self care routine! read more

I would highly recommend heavenly spa, they accommodated last minute when I called in & were very clean, amazing massage by Sofia/ Sophia, gentle but strong good pressure (went for Swedish) & she did an amazing job with working the entire body (back, neck collars, head, legs). Update: Owner promptly reached out to me to explain a few things after seeing my review. Apparently there's a price chart inside, which I just missed. As for the 5% credit card charge, it's one time only applying to the massage cost----they won't charge you again if you use credit card again to pay tip. Or the owner said you can finish paying after the massage is done during day time. (We came in the evening.) They obviously care about how they are doing and I'll surely be back. --------- It's a decent Chinese massage place. It would have been five stars if they worked on how they charge. They want you to pay before the massage happens. Then after it's done, they ask you to tip. When you use credit card, it's confusing how it works. Am I supposed to swipe my card again? If so, then are they going to charge me the outrageous 5% credit fee again?! Also there's no price chart inside the store. They just verbally tell you how much it is. read more

Come here for a no-frills, awesome massage. I called and was able to get a spot the same day. The rooms are not completely blocked off so you will hear conversations etc in the common areas. I got a 90 minute massage and due to my job, have a terribly tight neck, shoulders and upper back with pain. My masseuse worked out all of those kinks and I can actually move my neck more now! Credit or debit incurs a 5% fee so I paid cash. I will be back! read more

I just got a 60 minute message. I called and was able to get in right away. The masseuse did an excellent job. I think from my recent bike riding, my back has been a mess. Leah found the knots in my back and worked them out. Aside from the massage, it also comes with a hot stone and hot towel. I left totally renewed. I have been to Heavenly Spa many times and the staff is always warm and welcoming abd the massage is always excellent. I have paid much more for far less previously. They always manage to accomodate my schedule, even same day, which is unusual with other places I've been. This is by far the best massage, value, and scheduling experience I've had and now is the only place I go for massage therapy. I've brought my partner and they always accomodate both of us and leave us feeling healthier rekaxed. read more

I'm a little perplexed by the very high rating for this place. I scheduled a one hour massage and during that hour, I heard loud talking downstairs, a woman entered the room and had a conversation with the massage therapist while I was half of my body was exposed and then they switched places without any notice. It was disconcerting to say the least. When I went to pay, I saw the sign for the 5% fee for credit/debit cards, which is absurd given that 5% is far higher than the interchange fee that visa charges. And then when I tipped in cash, I was not given the change that I requested. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back. read more

Heavenly Spa is our favorite massage place ever. My partner and I just got a full body massage with Mary and Summer respectively and WOW, their work was beyond this world. Summer worked through the knots in my neck and upper back so well, I could both hear and feel them as she was working through them. I felt like a completely new person walking out of Heavenly Spa and the world seemed like it had gotten brighter and more beautiful. The facility is really clean, beautiful, and calming w/ lot of lush green indoor plants. I've been to 3 massage salons in my life, and this is the best one. The lady was so so so experienced at understanding where my soreness and knots were and helped me completely dissolve all of that negative energy. I dozed in and out of sleep and felt so well taken care of during it. 5% credit fee. Jenny dishes out the absolute best healing, therapeutic massage and massage value to be found. She has helped me recover from many bad days, sore spots, pulls, tight legs, sore feet, stiff necks, aches, injuries, knee surgeries, and the like. Even better yet, when I'm okay, her massage just feels soooo good during the massage ... and for the next couple days afterward. I usually get 90 minutes. Try 60 to start. There are 1 or 2 other therapists working most times. So, scheduling within an hour or two is easy. The customers seem to be about half women and couples massages also seem popular here. Last Sunday, I decided to go to the Heavenly Spa to try out a couples massage with my wife. We called ahead to make a 90 minute appointment. This was our first time here, so we did not ask for specific therapists. I got Cindy and my wife had Linda. Both of their attitudes were very accommodating and they checked with us to see if we had any physical injuries and what type of pressure we wanted for the massage.. They were both very skilled at giving a strong massage. I have been having some lower back pain and very tight thigh and hip area for the last few weeks. Cindy applied a very skillful technique that relieved the tightness in my back and my tight legs. I felt like all the tension in my legs and back was relieved and my whole body has been relaxed. My wife told me she had a very similar experience. Linda was able to relieve pressure in her neck and upper back and she felt completely relaxed from her massage. The massage room was set up nicely and it 2 tables to accommodate me and my wife. They keep a very clean location here. I strongly recommend this paradise massage shop. My wife and I will be back soon and will make this a regular date night. read more

One of the better massages I've had. They really focused on pressure points to relieve a bad headache I had. I woke up thinking I'll be stuck in bed all day today but they told me "We'll help you!" Just got a 60 minute massage for the first time here - incredible. Cannot recommend it enough. Super friendly at the front desk :) Rooms are private, bed was warm when I got in and they had calming music playing in the hall. Massage was firm (which is what I asked for) and she asked me what areas were bothering me and really worked on them. I'm now home and feel amazing. 100% going back. read more

This used to be my go-to place, but I don't think I will be back based on my experience today. The quality of the massages is inconsistent. I normally enjoy a pretty firm massage, but my masseuse had a very aggressive touch (I was wincing in pain several times and wasn't able to relax) and the massage felt rushed and half-a**ed. At the end, when I was told it was done, I stood up naked to put my clothes back on. While I was in the middle of dressing, the masseuse barged in, said something I couldn't understand, and when I indicated I didn't understand, she looked exasperated and then came over, and as I was standing up naked, she came over & GRABBED my feet to wipe them off (I guess she felt it was really important!) It was just weird and not relaxing at all. I gave a tip that I felt was appropriate for the service provided, but was pressed for more money, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. Maybe it was just a fluke because of the masseuse I got, because I've otherwise had good experiences here. read more
