Using tips that Josh gave me on my visit I finally broke my mental barrier on 3 plates for bench.

Please keep in mind that this is a review of this particular gym - it's a Planet Fitness - so you…read morecant expect all the fluff...but for $10 bucks a month this place is spot on. They have plenty of cardio equipment, tvs (sadly not attached to the machines so you are limited on what you can watch), a large free weight area, two bench press machines and a ton of weight machines spread across 2 large rooms. Ceilings are vaulted so the ventillation is good and it's always relatively clean. I don't use the locker room here or the showers so I can't comment on that - but for a place to get a good hard workout in it's excellent. Plus it's never too busy or over-crowded so there is no waiting in line for a machine or mirror space.

This review is Not about this location but business search for PF NH headquarters did not produce…read moreany results. This review is also not about management of the fitness center I attend, as I cannot hone in on the non New Hampshire location due to concern of being retaliated against by any male member mentioned. Pre pandemic: I was leered at by 3 adult minority men over 6 months: 2 South Asian senior-aged men & 1 middle-aged Hispanic man. #1: a thin, light skinned, ~5' 7", ~70s-80s year-old South Asian man who drove a medium blue BMW sedan with Maryland license plates who always came with a senior South Asian female I am assuming was his wife, spent several weeks twisting his neck 60 degrees to the left to continuously leer at me from ~40 feet away, despite there being a bank of elevated working TVs above his elliptical. His assumed wife, always glared at me. She used the rear treadmills, so she was able to observe his obvious neck twisting. I had to also endure him walking backwards in the parking lot towards his BMW while disgustingly leering at me, with his stupid grin as he was clearly enjoying himself and his wife followed, observing everything. I eventually complained to management. The response I got was the South Asian male doesn't wear his glasses so he claimed he doesn't know what he's looking at. It is ludicrous that an adult driving male claiming he's blind would unnaturally twist his neck for a prolonged period in one direction on at least 6 nights to harass me over several weeks. After my complaint, his wife smiled at me for the first time; no words were ever exchanged between us. I am detailing this in case this creep uses this same excuse to creep on another member decades younger than him. #2: a dark skinned, 5'5" South Asian ~50s-60s years old male using an elliptical disgustingly rubbernecked himself around a Hispanic male gym member using the end machine to leer at me for about 30 minutes. I mouthed the words "what the /... are you looking at" in the wall mirror to him & he suddenly knew to untwist his neck. I am assuming this loser thought I wasn't noticing his classless behavior, despite there being abundant gym wall mirrors. #3: a ~50s, thin, ~5'10" Hispanic man used a treadmill & rubbernecked at an obviously uncomfortable ~120 degree angle to repeatedly leer at me using a rack behind him, over ~30 minutes. I verbally loudly reprimanded him. #4: while in the 3-walled stretch area for ~20 minutes, I witnessed a dark skin toned, ~60s, ~5' 5" South Asian man continuously leering at 2 young (possibly teenage) light skinned females (either Caucasian/Hispanic), chatting & stretching in shorts. He casually leaned against the front desk, & didn't seem to notice my noticing him or becoming alarmed, while less than 10 feet from them. I reported him to the front desk male staff less than 2' from him, but busy, who told him to "move it along." The arrogant ease at which this creep operated & to position himself in the shadows definitely made me feel he was well practiced at his leering at females young enough to be his granddaughters. I regret I did not think to inform these young females about his behavior & for them to report his creeping in the future. It would not surprise me if he resumed his behavior since I did not alert management. #5: Not too far from this MD location, over 3 years I was harassed separately on the road by 2 male Hispanic drivers, in a black Nissan-like coupe, & a white sedan; followed by a ~20s Hispanic male in a black Honda Civic sedan with no front license plate, whose sister Judith sicc'd him on me, & stalked by 2 Hispanic men in a gray heavily tinted Infiniti G35x/37x sedan & no front license plate after I caught the first Hispanic brother following me; harassed by a Puerto Rican ~50s-60s male driving a silver Nissan Rogue with FL plates who was repeatedly stalking his separated Hispanic wife's assumed possible location; had to reprimand an "Ecuadoran" ~60s-70s male with several left hand gold rings who tried to pick me up in his new Corvette convertible with license plate "ILMY___" who clearly has no problem creeping on someone young enough to be his child, possibly adulterous, ~15 feet from 2 police SUVs on daytime duty; while also being leered (sexual harassment) at many times in fast food restaurants, on sidewalks, & in a park, with 75% of the harassment by Hispanic men & a few enabling women, 12% by several African/AfroCaribbean men & verbally threatened with a lawsuit by a black female home improvement employee who was clearly breaking the law, including being preyed on & harassed longterm by a Cameroonian immigrant male employee who was never fired & has longterm computer data access to Marriott members' accounts , & 13% by a few South Asian men. These are definite worsening predatory behaviors in America by minority adults from highly patriarchal cultures with predatory treatment of women, by mostly male, many of whom are immigrants, compared to pre-pandemic.

I was looking for a gym that was close by and saw this add on Facebook for a 42 week challenge. I…read moresaid, why not. I'll give it a try. If anyone knows me, I don't mind working out, but I have no motivation to do it on my own. Plus I never know what to do when getting to the gym. Well, this gym is not like other gyms. It has different types of exercise classes all throughout the day and an instructor to teach each course. I am always working out with a group of people and I don't need to think about what I am going to do It is easy to sign up for classes, cancel, or change classes at any time with their app. It is easy to schedule classes around my hectic schedule which I was worried about wife my significant other working 3rd shift and me working 1st shift. I am not one to always eat healthy. Especially during sports season when I have to run my kids around everywhere. I don't have time to cook. The instructors at All In Fitness gives you an easy diet plan to follow. I use my Sunday to do meal prepping for lunches during the week. I am on week 3 and will be weighing in tomorrow. Between week 1 and week 2 I have lost 5.5 pounds. Their plan really does work if you follow correctly. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions or give you suggestions to help you reach your goal. They are always on top of keeping you motivated while working out and checking in to make sure everything is going good with your diet. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to lose weight and/or get back in shape.
