I've been here three times in the past six months, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly, caring, and respectful--they never make you feel belittled. That might sound small, but after a negative experience at another animal hospital nearby, it really stood out to me. Visiting an urgent clinic for a pet can be so stressful, but the environment here is welcoming, calming, and reassuring. It makes such a difference when you know your pet is in good hands. I honestly wouldn't take my pets anywhere else for urgent care needs.

They're not confused & they don't wander around the house looking for their family member. The comfort this brings them is priceless. I waited probably close to 2 hours in their waiting room and they assured me that Fellow Mortals WOULD call back and they did. Dr.Keith Merritt saved a white thoroughbred I was share boarding. The horse had pulled a tendon…read moreand his owner decided to put him down. Dr. Keith told me he could save the horse with a new therapy called Shock Wave Therapy. I was attached to the horse so the owner released the horse to me and Dr. Keith started the Shock Wave treatment. The amazing thing was that unlike any other therapy, the Shock waves stimulated healing and the tendon heals with vertical flexibility so the horse is like new. Other therapies created horizontal scar tissue bands that decrease flexibility. Long story short I am indebted to Dr. Keith forever. I had many years on trail after that with my Shadow and he was so happy when he healed and could run and play and do trails with no limp, no pain, and perfect strength in that tendon! This clinic could save so many horses if only people knew about it. I'm not in the horse world anymore, but anyone who has a sport horse or just a companion horse with any kind of injury should get them to this clinic for help. First she was on another call, second was she was at lunch, third time she was working from home. Not sure why working from home is an excuse to not return a call. Only after my husband went to the office did anything actually happen. Even then, my husband still had to follow-up. It was such a disappointing experience because they are good vets, but there are A LOT of excellent vets in the area that DON'T give clients the runaround & cause even more anxiety during an already scary situation like surgical colic.

I really wish I would have been made aware when I purchased and had installed the system that their replacement collars were so stupidly expensive. That is half the cost of one of those more up-to-date, portable, changeable GPS fencing systems by Halo or Cesar Millan. In hindsight, I should've purchased one of those systems first instead of wasting my money on the Invisible Fence brands.
