Over the years , I…read moredealt with several collision shops in the past due to accidents, and this one was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a span of over 30 years of accidents, and this was the only total nightmare imaginable. First off, the initial estimate was much higher than the 4 other estimates I received from reputable nationwide collision shops. However, since the accident was caused by a party that had already used them and because they initially told me it would be done within a month, I decided to give them a chance to fix it. What a mistake I would forever regret. After the month passed, I called weekly to check on the status; the answer was always, We're almost done; it will be ready next week. This went on for 4 weeks straight. It was nearly 2months before I received my car.90% of that time, they did not answer the phone,and even when I would go up there ,the owner himself would pretend like he knew nothing about the status ,not accepting responsibility as he knew nothing about what was going on at his business, continuously telling me to talk to another person,as if he was just one of the workers...When I finally got ahold of the person and was told the car was ready, it was incomplete, even though they had agreed to charge the amount the insurance adjuster had recommended. Instead, they said they would fix it for the amount the insurance company agreed to; they only fixed what they wanted to, not telling me anything. Therefore, when I went to pick up the car, there was a lot of damage, and what they promised to fix wasn't even touched. When I told them about it at the time, they started giving a list of things that caused changes to the amount they agreed to repair it for, not even letting me or the insurance company know that they weren't going to fix everything. I gave them a check for nearly 11k that the insurance company paid to have it all repaired, and they refused to fix the car back to its condition before the accident. I still have nearly $ 1,000 in damages they refused to repair. Instead of them fixing the car to align with the price the insurance adjuster said . They fixed part of it to cut costs and still get the check. They don't care anything about customers, only the check they are getting from the insurance company. They will cut corners repairing your car but charge your insurance as if it was completed. Beware, please, please avoid taking your vehicle here; otherwise, you will likely end up wasting a lot of time in a court battle with them, as I plan to. If I can help at least 1 person avoid what I went through, I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

When gave me the bill it was $1,600.00. When I told him I would have to use my credit card it went to over $1,800.00. When you travel you get used to getting gouged from time to time. However we got home and started to leave for another trip. Less the 300 miles later and the hitch fell off. The welds were full of verocity and not even burnt in. I tried emailing as well got no response than I get an email from them and it was just the attached invoice asking for payment I asked if it was done they said yes. My driver got to shop and it was not done they were still working on it and couldn't even get it to start. I called the number back it sounded like the same exact guy who said his name was George but now he said his name was Robert and said the batteries were dead and had to charge them. I asked about the email and who sent it he said his boss must have but when I asked for his name he didn't tell me. After 3hrs they finally told my driver it's ready and had him do test run real quick and had him pay. Next morning I get in office I get an email hours after driver paid saying they took off 2hrs of labor and sent a new invoice and than my driver calls and he only go 120mi away and broke down again with same issues from the very beginning. I tried calling and emailing them no answer than I asked about how to go about getting the difference of the balance paid back to us and didn't get anything on that. I found a different number for them I called and that number directed me back to George who when I told him what happened he said our clutch we sent was probably bad and it happens. I asked about money and he said he would see what he could do and never called me back or answered my calls or emails. My truck had to get towed again to a different shop where they found that nothing was wrong with new clutch or even my starter and said it was the slay cylinder that was leaking pretty bad and has been for awhile now. They got my truck going and has not had any problems. With both shops and tows we paid almost $3700.00 majority of that was from the first shop who did not fix my truck and still has not answered any of our calls or emails.

Going there via I55, passing Marion Arkansas at exit 10, they had a blowout...I contacted Melvin Mcdowell and he diligently searched for a tire...spent a lot of time and energy trying to help them resolve the tire issue...after the tire issue was resolved and my people were on the road several miles into the trip by this time on I-40 west, they had serious problems...Melvin Mcdowell (the owner) went to them, got them off the road, and safely into a motel...then the next day assisted them in getting back to his shop, and then, went far way above and beyond expectations in helping them to find the part needed, even to the point of driving over 100 miles one way to meet myself so he could have the correct part to do the repair. He then worked diligently until after midnight to get my driver back on the road...I have never experience a better, more honest, and proficient not only as a person, but as a repair shop...it was at time frustrating due to happenings by parts store, that was out of the shops control. He treated us with utmost respect and I cannot thank him enough...his price was below what was expected and service and kindness exceeds all...I recommend this business to anyone in need of real people offering real service....
