It was late at night & these guys got there in an hour (great considering people broken down everywhere). They got the truck out of a ditch. In the process of this difficult extraction they broke the brake line: no brakes. My wife and I stayed in the area (we had to anyway because of weather) and they got the brake line replaced the next day. We got the parts out there and had our truck towed to there shop and they first told me it would take 14hrs to replace parts than gave me a time it should have been ready by but all day I called and emailed and the person name George said he wasn't at the shop was on a run and would find out for me but never got a clear answer just said still working on it. I tried emailing as well got no response than I get an email from them and it was just the attached invoice asking for payment I asked if it was done they said yes. My driver got to shop and it was not done they were still working on it and couldn't even get it to start. I called the number back it sounded like the same exact guy who said his name was George but now he said his name was Robert and said the batteries were dead and had to charge them. I asked about the email and who sent it he said his boss must have but when I asked for his name he didn't tell me. After 3hrs they finally told my driver it's ready and had him do test run real quick and had him pay. Next morning I get in office I get an email hours after driver paid saying they took off 2hrs of labor and sent a new invoice and than my driver calls and he only go 120mi away and broke down again with same issues from the very beginning. I tried calling and emailing them no answer than I asked about how to go about getting the difference of the balance paid back to us and didn't get anything on that. I found a different number for them I called and that number directed me back to George who when I told him what happened he said our clutch we sent was probably bad and it happens. I asked about money and he said he would see what he could do and never called me back or answered my calls or emails. My truck had to get towed again to a different shop where they found that nothing was wrong with new clutch or even my starter and said it was the slay cylinder that was leaking pretty bad and has been for awhile now. They got my truck going and has not had any problems. With both shops and tows we paid almost $3700.00 majority of that was from the first shop who did not fix my truck and still has not answered any of our calls or emails.

Sent a $50 deposit to ensure that we were in fact coming as we said bc we lived a ways away. We got there and the vehicle didnt run as we were told and the head gasket blew while trying to test drive it. No biggie things happen. So we spoke about several other vehicles and it was getting late so we told them to contact us when he found the keys and could obtain paperwork. We even told them we would buy a second vehicle if all was with after the first. Upon leaving we all agreed the $50 deposit would be refund. That was saturday night. I messaged after 2 hrs of driving saturday night and we were still another 2.5 hrs away and he said he would send it in about an hr when he returned. Ok cool no problem, right.... WRONG!!!! We have been calling nd calling with no answer. We have been texting and texting with no reply. I have also sent a request via Cash app requesting our deposit be refunded back as was agreed upon... and nothing!!! Been calling and texting all day today and even sent a message on Facebook. Still nothing. I AM HIGHLY UPSET AT THIS POINT AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS AGREED!!! IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO SEND IT BACK. SO NOW IM POSTING THIS REVIEW IN HOPES OF GETTING OR MONEY BACK AND KEEPING IT FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
