Large building, giving it an open feeling, appeared very clean, while being sparely attended this Saturday morning. We were called an directed to an area in the back, where you meet with a customer service rep who services your issue. Ours issue: they had raised our premium $1000.00. This was Duchess territory. I watched in amazement as she gracefully and with some ferocity announced to Carlos, why AAA had got it WRONG! Carlos, who patiently, suffered the slings and arrows of the Duchess wrath, while smilingly tippity tapping on his computer annoucned an $800.00 decrease in our premium. Nice work Duchess! The business is very cute, great parking, chairs so that you dont have to stand if you need to wait, they even have a great complimentary coffee bar. Paul and Sheri were both wonderful.
