We paid a lot ($300+) for each "crate" and expected fully constructed wooden boxes, but what arrived for each "crate" was a poorly constructed wooden rectangle to place the art in and some additional wood pieces to put each side to secure it - but it was in no way what was promised and needed a lot of extra layers to be even partially secure and protected.
