Um guys please don't go here. Came to do a Livescan and I wasn't supposed to pay for it because my company was supposed to pay for it but I wasn't told to give them my token number to have the livescan covered. So when I called my manager to tell the lady at the counte, she started screaming at my manager, shouting at her saying that my manager called her "dumb" and that she has been doing her job for 24 years and she would know better. She was yelling and acting like my manager was trying to start a fight with her when my manager was being the nicest and most polite ever. I was initially vibing with the lady and we were chatting but she just had such a bad outburst, she even grabbed my phone to talk to my manager alone. Never had an interaction like this before lol. I ended up paying for the livescan. It was $102!!! I never had a livescan this expensive before. I'm pretty sure this place is a scam. Anyways, wouldn't recommend coming here, the other reviews are also correct. read more

When I got there the woman by the counter was like "you need to pay $5" I never heard there's a fee on picking up so I showed her the confirmation. She was like "you pay $5 or I send it back" I asked her to send it back and gonna report this location. read more

This is my go to place for dropping off packages for USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. Attentive polite service. They have a nice selection of cards if you need any and lots of packing supplies too. A great neighborhood resource. Easy parking as well. I especially appreciate them being in walking distance of us. Much easier than going to the post office. They also do have PO Boxes and passport photos too. read more

They advertised for $40 plus the government fee should be $17 which should be total $57 which is already expensive compared to others. But after it was all done they charge $92 by then I had no choice, but to pay. They were dishonest and totally ripping Customers off. I could tell by the look on their face they just made up that fee because I came in five minutes before they close and they knew I had to finish the transaction. I would recommend you call all the agencies and understand the fee before. If I could give zero star I would. read more

Be warned! Do NOT go here for LiveScan. They charge almost $100 for a livescan and are incompetent. Their writing is illegible when they write on your livescan document. They also write in areas that they shouldn't write in on the livescan document! I haven't done business here, but want to give the person working there today my highest praise. My mom was being scammed by someone claiming to be an attorney for me and wanted her to wire $3,000. The woman at the counter was adamant it was a scam and told my mom she refused to wire the money unless she or my mom could call me. I wouldn't usually post a review about a post office, but I am so impressed by the care and kindness the owners of Greenmail took, here I am! I attempted to send a parcel to the UK and due to Brexit laws etc., the parcel was returned. I took the parcel back to Greenmail and they told me to leave the parcel with them and they would research how to get it back to the UK given the changes in the system. I received a photo of the parcel in the UK from my brother- before I even realised it had been sent by Greenmail! They had sent it without charge. I went to see them and thank them, and offered to pay. I'm pretty sure they gave me a price which was significantly lower than the actual cost... If that's not kindness right there, I don't know what is :) read more

We still maintain a private mailbox with them, and enjoy the convenience of being able to drop our pre-labeled outgoing UPS, USPS and Fedex packages with them at no charge. The nature of the services they provide usually means that I am in a rush, and it is nice to see them being patient with me. Highly recommended. I dropped a UPS/Amazon return off weeks ago and according to my record, there hasn't been any updates. I dropped off 2 UPS/Amazon packages at my local UPS store this morning and I was issued same day refunds. Seems to me these guys either kept my package or put it into US Postal Service outgoing or threw my UPS/Amazon return away. I will NEVER AGAIN use their services. read more

Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I came here to get fingerprinted and AFTER they took my fingerprints they chose to inform me apple pay wasn't working. THEN I asked to cancel it since I didn't have a way to pay other then apple pay. The lady had initially said yes and was handing me my paper, then the man takes it from her and scribbles on it with a black sharpie. I asked why he did that and he said he didn't want their info on it. I asked if they could please reprint my sheet since I can no longer used this one that's all scribbled. He raised his voice at me and said he did not care and if I wanted a new one it would be 2 dollars to reprint it. I explained to him that didn't seem fair since I had initially already paid for the paper to be printed and then THEY messed it up so why would I repay. Overall a waste of time and I was not going to argue with them so I left with my scribbled paper. Seemed like a couple working and the husband was very aggressive and rude. Very friendly and helpful service. $14.99 for passport photos and worth the $6 more than the AAA $9 rate as the photo is much better! The gentleman who took my photo let me check it before he printed it. I enjoyed picking up greeting cards while I waited for the photos to print. read more

The lady who works the front is more interested in how to siphon money from you than provide a fair service. SHADY! The person at Green Mail weighed my package to Alaska in at 7+ pounds and was going to charge me over $20 for USPS shipping. I thought this was a bit expensive so I went to the post office and shipped it from there. When I asked what the weight of the box was, postal worker said that it came in at 5 pounds 1 oz. Fortunately, the post office had priority, flat-rate, shipping boxes so I slipped my box into that box and in the end I only paid $10.70. I understand that an independent store needs to make money and that they generally do charge a bit more, but if you're going to do that, at least be honest about it! read more

Package was delivered to Green Mail. When I went to pick it up the owner said it had not been received. UPS gave me a copy of the owner's signature on the receipt for delivery of the package. When I took that to the owner, he found the package. read more

I went in today for advice on how to ship big paintings to Italy. Man there recommended Fedex over UPS and when I asked if there is a weight limitation, he asked, how big? Not how heavy. I gestured "this big" but I have several to ship and was wondering if I should send them separately or in a big box. He kept asking how big and that I should return with measurements. I wasn't even asking for a cost estimate. With a dismissive attitude like that he doesn't get my business, not now not ever. read more

Do NOT use Green Mail to send packages. I was horrified when I returned home and found what they had charged to send an 8 pound package to Alaska. I said send cheapest way and they used UPS!!! I thought they were going to use USPS. The surcharge is huge. They are ok for dropping off prepaid packages like flat rate boxes but don't EVER have them determine the postage for you. read more

This a tiny little shop run by a very pleasant couple. They were helpful and accommodating. I needed my LiveScan fingerprinting and they even provided the form I failed to bring along. I'm not sure of other pricing, but it was $80 there. I'm ok with the price for a pleasant experience. I will be revisiting for package shipping, etc. read more

I love Green Mail. They are really helpful, package everything up nicely.

The woman who did my Live Scan Fingerprints, told me to "relax" my hand, which I did. Then she continued to tell me to "relax" and that I was "too stiff". I eventually realized that normally Live Scan operators hold my hand while rolling my fingers - this person had rolled only each individual finger, twisting each one as she rolled it at the joint where the finger meets the hand. My finger joints hurt for 15 minutes afterwards. (I've had 2 other Live Scans and both of those operators had held more of my hand than just a single finger while rolling!!!) My place of employment was expecting to have the results in a few days, but it's been 5 business days and they asked me to call Greenmail and ask about it. The man who answered the phone at Greenmail says it takes 2-4 weeks to get results back. The internet says it takes 48-72 hours and you should contact the DOJ if you don't receive them within 15 days. I am going to pay another $30 to do another Live Scan at a different business, because I want the job that I have been offered and they need someone to start as soon as possible. I was, at first, happy to be able to support a local business, but Greenmail is unfortunately, just not competent. If you have a job, learn how to do it correctly, and do it well every time. These people are unable to do that. :( Update: The Live Scan never went through. My employer sent me to do it at UPS and the results came within 24hrs. UPS staff stood next to me to roll my fingers, instead of behind the counter infront of me, twisting each finger individually. I didn't have any problems with "relax" or "too stiff" at UPS, nor did my fingers hurt at all afterwards. I'm never ever going to Greenmail again for any reason. read more

I have been using Green Mail for many years with positive experiences every time. They are a small family owned business that has always provided extremely helpful service, often times going above and beyond expectation. When I have arrived in a frantic rush, they have remained patient and helpful, providing organized assistance with multiple instructions (this file 2 sets of copies, this stack 1 set, this certified mail, this notarized, etc.) I do not want to encourage abuse of their time, but they have even waited when I called last minute at the end of the day, staying way over their closing time to help me get an emergency job into the mail. I can honestly say that Every time I've used Green Mail, I've left feeling gratitude for their business service and manner AND appreciative that there are still some small, family owned business around town. read more

This authorized FedEx office illegally charged $5 for returning my FedEx parcel to me (which was shipped free). I did pay them to get my package, but also filed a claim with FedEx, their representative said that there was no reason for this charge. There's an ongoing case currently to reimburse me. Please find another FedEx location with honest people. read more

If you can get the lady at the front desk off of her phone you are half way there. When she saw that I had a prepaid UPS return she didn't get off the phone or get up. She said "do not leave that here-it will not be safe here" "bring it back tomorrow". She was worried about the George Floyd demonstrators. I do understand her concern but she was very rude.
