To the point that when the bill was two weeks past due they called and emailed our work, our parents in another state, left multiple screaming voicemail from multiple numbers, and when we called the police, they lied and said they did things that weren't done and they didn't even try and charge us for. If negative stars existed it would be deserved because. Dale is a liar's lair, willing to lie to a police officer that said he knew dale. See dale said he mulched and cut bushes, which have not been cut and we haven't added mulch since we moved in. They didn't even try to invoice for that, which shows how much of a liar he is. The wife Patty is a foul mouthed snake, with the business sense to try and take advantage of people. She even tried to pit my wife against me saying she's never been treated so rudely. I wasn't even rude, just not going to be a doormat, while she's the one being rude. I'm not a psychiatrist, but there must be a mental or alcohol problem.

He helped me to submit a hail damage claim to insurance company. Public adjuster from my Insurance company came for inspection, but he forgot to show up on that day. He said that he misunderstood with different date. Insurance company ended up denying the claim based on the fact that they didn't see any proof of hail damage on my siding, roof, gutter. I called and he promised to help me to dispute and reclaim by creating supporting docs such as pictures, etc.. He disappeared about for a week and a week later, I called and you know what he said? He said that he would need to step away from this in middle of process. He was saying that he is closing this business? This company is very rude and unprofessional. This company is nice and very responsive until your claim is denied by your insurance company. They don't care about customer's claim history, they just make customer to submit a claim based on luck or 50/50 changes of gamble. We all agreed to get a quote to get the tree trimmed, but then the snow came...and then the cold weather set in...and the strong wind wildly ripped off another really big branch into a bush and onto our neighbor's driveway. Oh man, what a freaking disaster! On the coldest night of the year, we grabbed another neighbor and together we teamed up to get the branch off their property. Since I totally and completely don't blame my neighbors for wanting the rest of the tree to come down, we agreed to share the cost and hire Eagle Tree Service for the job. These guys are ninja tree whisperers. In no time at all there was one guy on a ladder with a rope and a chainsaw, and another guy with a rope who was in charge of making sure the ginormous tree didn't lean too much to the left and destroy our house, or too much to the right and hit our neighbors' house again. This tree was a dividing line between our houses, and there was no room for error. On day one, the subcontracted crew removed half the roof and disconnected roof drains despite a known rain forecast, after being instructed by Jeff Milkie to proceed anyway. Heavy rain fell that afternoon, causing over $100,000 in interior damage. We were forced into a 4+ month insurance settlement as a direct result of this reckless decision. Additional damage was caused to rooftop HVAC equipment. Within one month of completion, the roof began leaking in multiple locations. Over the past three years, I have contacted Jeff Milkie at least five times. No repairs have been made--only dismissive, snide responses. The roof is still under warranty, yet the leaks continue and cause ongoing damage. I've completely lost confidence this company will stand behind its work and will likely need to hire a competent contractor and pursue legal action.
