When I came back I saw numerous outlet plates that had not been screwed back on and they didn't put the sliding door blinds back up. Furthermore more when I tried to call about it no response. I really can't understand why someone would do that....anyways that was my experience

During the job several errors were made, my windows were painted shut as well as not being completely painted. My family room wood closet doors were painted with oil based paint instead of my bathroom closet door,several areas on the deck needed to be touched up,my kitchen ceiling which is textured was incorrectly patched which caused excess flat areas of build up, patching incomplete on family room walls and just painted over torn wall board.screws missing from wall plates,over paint on several areas. Andy acknowledged the errors were made by him and employees. He stated he would fix them to original way the were. I paid Andy in full on good faith that he would return and complete the work in good faith. I overpaid in error and it took weeks to get the money back as my check was cashed the same day. Andy returned once to repair the family room wall, screw in cover plate,attempt to repair kitchen ceiling. I was to go looking for door to replace the door that was painted in error. I did to help move the completion of the job along. He purchased door which needs to be cut down to proper height then stained. That is still undone along with second attempt to texture kitchen ceiling. He attempted to redo windows which still would not slide on tracks correctly. I had to hire someone else to do the work. He has stated several times he does not have the time to keep coming back to make me happy. If the work was done correctly and all finished he would not have to keep coming back. I have waited over a month to have everything done correctly. Messaged several time trying to get job finished to original way it looked for a job he has been pain in full. He has several life problems and now stated he bought door and i will just have to find someone else to repair ceiling and cut door down and stain. Should not have to do this on a job he made the errors

After more discussion and further attitude from Andy, he basically told me that he was too busy to do the job and he probably could get to it in a few months. Needless to say, I went with someone else. If you are too busy for work and don't want jobs, why is your wife referring your service on Facebook pages?
