We needed to power wash the exterior of the house and found Pro clean windows on Yelp, they had great reviews. Sometimes when one reads some of these positive reviews about the services of a specific company, you tend to go hmm... could this be true or false, Pro clean windows proved to be the real deal. Their cost are very reasonable compared to other quotes received. Just as stated in the reviews, Max made the appointment early on the scheduled day (June 24th), and he had all his work tools ready to go. He was very professional yet friendly, and he put in a lot of effort to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. They started very early in the morning and were done at around 4pm. The exterior of the house looked so clean, and the mold we had on the side vinyl were all gone. I pointed out a few places that they missed and he didn't argue, but simply washed them down and asked if there was any other concerns. Overall, It was an excellent job well done. I live about an hour from ProClean and needed my gutters cleaned before winter and ice. I looked everywhere near me for someone and had no luck--businesses either didn't call back or said they stopped working till summer. I hunted for help and found ProClean, not sure if they would come out here. To my surprise, they answered my email ASAP, were great to talk to, had a reasonable fair price, and said they would come out here. They were here within a couple days---as soon as the snow melted off the roof and the temps went up a little. They were professional, personable and nice to deal with, kept in touch related to when they would be here and came when they said they would, and did a fantastic, thorough job. They did the whole roof by hand, didn't throw the leaves around, and made sure they cleaned out the gutters completely so we wouldn't have any problems. Max cleaned all the windows and glass doors, including the storm windows and screens, for my colonial 2 story house. About 20 large windows. Scheduling was easy, of course you have to be prepared to reschedule if it is raining hard. There was good communication, he arrived within the specified time and even texted me with an exact time 30 minutes prior to arrival. Max did an excellent job. He obviously works hard and has the tools to clean the windows so thoroughly it looks like there is nothing between me and the outside. He did extras like wiping down the framing, vacuuming in between the regular windows and storm windows, and he cleaned up everything before he left. He even worked with me, showing me how it is done so I can save some money in the future doing spot work myself. I would recommend Max to anyone. read more

This is my favorite window washing company by far. We've used their services before and they never disappointed. They are on time, friendly and do a great job. I've recommended it to my whole neighbourhood and never heard a complaint. They do our siding every year and windows twice a year. We always get same day service or next day service. One of my gutters was overflowing buckets during a heavy rain. The clog was in a joint, so I called Pro Clean. Within only 1.5 hours, Max was at our house ready to help! I was also interested in a house wash so we walked around the property. He definitely did NOT try to over sell me. We ended up agreeing to unclog the gutters and give the street side of our house and gutters a fresh spring wash. There ended up being 3 gutters clogged! 2 being WAY too high for my standard ladder. I dont usually leave reviews but these guys impressed me. Called Pro Clean on Saturday, got my estimate on Sunday and the job was done on Monday! I only have 8 windows, but also wanted the patio pressure washed and forgot to mention it to the estimator. They reached out to the manager and he agreed to do it for free if I use them again next time I do this. I like to clean windows every spring and they did a better job then the company I was using before. Great service and did a very good job! Great service! Most importantly super competitive prices you won't find anything as affordable and good quality as this guy. Called Max for gutter cleaning and we scheduled for the next day, it was pouring rain but as soon as the rain stopped and the sun was out he was here. I contacted them and they were able to schedule us quickly for window and screen cleanings. The 2 gentlemen were courteous and professional and did a great job. They cleaned some light fixtures that were out of reach. For a small additional fee they even power washed the small deck.
