He replied " We dont its already built into the price and We dont do nooks" What?! Your a shower and bath company! Then I asked how much for what YOU want to do to this shower? Get ready. He said 20. I said 20 bucks? He said No $20,000. For a 32"x32" basic shower! I worked in the trades my whole life and Im now a home inspector this just blew me away! This shower should cost between $5,000 & $7000 with demo included. This company needs good luck with salesmen like this!

Due to a family emergency, the project needed to begin with urgency. Over the course of more than a month, there was constant back-and-forth communication, and the shower floor pitch was installed incorrectly twice. I also clearly communicated that my flooring contractor would address the trim. Despite this, I received a text message stating they intended to stop work mid-project, leaving me with a broken and unfinished shower floor. This situation has been extremely frustrating, as I am now forced to find and coordinate a new contractor to fix and complete the work. Please use caution when considering this company.
