And they need to do away with the automated phone service and have someone answer the phone. Even if they do answer the phone, you are transferred multiple times and still are left with unanswered questions because they are clueless on how to help customers due to lack of knowledge.

They told me that it was STATE law that they could not return concrete after it left the store, however every other hardware store I called would with reciept (which I had). I did get a little rude with the guy that lied to me but inwas polite with the owner and he treated me like dirt. He finally allowed the return but banned me from the store in return for that favor.

Nice little festival way out in the boonies. We came on a hot Saturday afternoon, and enjoyed the…read morerows of lavendar, a few lavendar foods, some shopping, music, etc. There were displays of reptiles and birds, some tents to get out of the sun, and friendly people. Sweetie got some lavendar for cooking. We shared a chicken salad sandwich that was excellent, though small, and a lavendar blueberry scone, also excellent. Baby K had fun, and there were plenty of kids there. A nice experience, but too far out of the way to be worth coming back for us. If you're in Wilmington or even Cinci, probably worth it.
