Ordered one from menards, it also didn't fit correctly due to the dishwasher and they brought the wrong cord for the new oven anyway. I had them take it back and was told I needed to go into the store to get my refund. I went into the store and got the run around and was told I had to contact Menards.com, so I did. Below was an email I received from Menards.com telling me the store should've handled this. I did finally get my refund, but it was minus $162. I will never shop at Menards again. Lowe's and Home Depot have way better customer service and actually give you ALL of your money back on a return.

I guess they don't inspect carpet before they put it on the truck? We moved all the furniture, and were sleeping on the floor, didn't want to move it all again twice. I spoke with Adam the manager and he told me he would look into giving me a discount after the carpet was installed. The installers called and told me they couldn't get back to me until November 29th. I didn't want to sleep on the floor for another 11 days. We had been sleeping on the floor over a week at this point. I wanted to return the carpet, as I have family coming for the holiday and Adam told me he would have to charge a restocking fee? I told him I was unhappy and I wanted some kind of discount. He said he make a few calls and get back to me, then the installers called and could install the next day. Which is great but I've been sleeping on the floor for over a week. They came the next day and got it installed. Adam never got back to me. They said online it would be delivered on the 13th of October. I received a call on the 9th saying it was in store and that they'd call me to arrange delivery. On the 12th I still heard nothing so I called them. It took talking to four people before someone could find my order and then told me that the dimmest it could be delivered was the 27th! When I asked about why no one called before they had no answer but also said that was their earliest date. So on the 14th we arranged our own transport and asked for a shipping refund. I called to find out the carton size, but they couldn't identify the carton. Do they estimated the size. The next day we had to wait an hour for them to find our order, but they only found one of two items and said they'd call when they found the second. Two hours later they called to say they found it and it was at the desk. I wasn't able to make it until the 15th and now I have been waiting an hour as they try to find my item.
