Brian, the technician, was very thoughtful and informative. He answered all questions. The windshield of my 2017 F350 was the original factory one and the replacement looks just as good, if not better! The waiting room is very cozy and it took less time than I thought. I had a $0 deductible through my insurance so had to pay nothing out of pocket but I was told they have great prices for people that don't have insurance. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend and will be going here for any future glass needs!
