I had a $0 deductible through my insurance so had to pay nothing out of pocket but I was told they have great prices for people that don't have insurance. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend and will be going here for any future glass needs!

Cleanup and finished detailing left something to be desired. There was grit and pieces of old gasket from the old window removal inside the cab, dirty hand prints on the door exteriors, some adhesive on the inside driver window and outside passenger side verticle window frame that was not cleaned up. If the cleanup had been complete this would have been a 5 star review. I sent an email about the cleaning issues but have not gotten a response as of yet. UPDATE: Rich from Defender contacted me first thing this morning and apologized then offered to send out a tech today to finish up a 10 minute cleanup. I own a home remodeling company and in my opinion you can't do much better than that! He took exceptional care of my windshield, installed while I waited, and was friendly and informative. I had picked up new windshield wipers and he installed those for me as well! They will also come to your home- as he has drivers working with him, I chose to go there since I had an appointment nearby. The cost savings I had was incredible and personally would rather support a small business anyways. Jeff's a good soul out there helping people out with their glass repairs- one of those "oh man, now what do I do..." repairs. I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there). I dropped the car off at about 830am and the repairs were done by 1pm. The car was washed inside and out, and the repair looked great. I have attached photos of before and after to compare.
