He seems to take his craft seriously and set up the guitars just how you like them. Shout out to Vincent. I was also very impressed by their 45 day return policy on gear, that's actually crazy long! The sales staff seemed pretty cool as well, mainly because I already know what I like and want and what I am looking for and don't need their "help" so any interactions I felt were just them doing what's necessary as part of the job, rock on guys! The only thing I think that's a bit crazy is the set up and luthiery prices, but at least the work was done right.

The school itself is really conveniently located with easy parking, and once inside there is a space to wait while ur child is inside learning with the teacher. My kids piano teacher is super nice and patient, and very thorough in the way she teaches. What I was most impressed abt was that although both kids started piano at the same time, in order for them not to be compared to eachother and also to avoid redundancy, she actually selected different learning materials customized to each child. This really helped especially my younger child who gets easily discouraged when she feels that she isnt doing as well as someone else( in this case her brother lol) I will definitely be continuing to send both of my kids here and plan to add on another instrument as they get older.

I literally told them I wanted everything done and for whatever else that needs to be done. Money is not an issue! It's like dropping your car off to get washed, oil change, brake changed and when you go pick your car up they're like here's your car. It's in working order. If cleaning and polish is not a part of the regular maintenance then offer that as a service add on! Ridiculous!

Not only did she help me with this, she also helped me tune my violin and, noticing the bridge was crooked, put it back in place. When I offered to pay, she said it was for free.
