I felt that she would be the best person to go to. I made the appointment the very next day to get my eyebrows threaded. When I went into the salon she made me feel wellcome and relaxed. There's 8 threading stations but I only see the use half the capacity! When you come in you need to pluck a ticket out of the machine like you would normally for the meat counters in some supermarkets. And while you are waiting there are some seats but you gotta be pretty lucky to get one as they are always taken. The actually service I received wasn't that great as I had to point out areas where the lady had missed and after 5 minutes it did not look like there was any difference made. Sorry to say I did not have the patience to tell the lady what she needed to do and she was not swing about her work not looking even or defining my eye brows. At Sajna there is no need to book, you can just walk in, the longest I've had to wait is 10 minutes. A beautician takes you downstairs to a pod, there are quite a few of these pods hence the no waiting. En route she asks you what you want etc etc and generally does a really good job at making you feel comfortable. The whole place is really hygienic and clean. The wax itself is really well done. Quick and as painless as it can be and leaves you as smooth as a babies bum.
