Evidently, since I didn't destroy the carpet, they decided to keep it and get it cleaned instead and charged me $150.00. Make sure you get what they say in writing because they do not honor what they tell you verbally.

The apartments are 20 years old and not super modern and could use an upgrade, but are very liveable. The staff is excellent, but again, the rules for dogs, driving speeds in the parking lot, pool rules and several others are not being implemented consistently. Lots of smokers around the complex too, and not just tobacco!

These reviews were solicited by using mailers offering chances to win things if the recipient gave a 4 star review meaning they were falsely obtained. Buy from them at your own risk.
