Like they frequent the salon. Kelly was my technician and she was very friendly, kind, and we had a good conversation. She worked quickly while paying attention to detail making sure my nails were flawless. I told her what I wanted and she delivered! Light pink, black tip, pretty simple, but still! She spent a time making sure the nail tip matched my natural nail size, and a lot of time making sure the black tip was up to par. My nails look amazing! I can't stop looking at them. I went to her to have my blonde roots done Since I've had bad experiences in the past, it's always dreadful to get my hair done by someone new. Once she started foiling my hair I learned she hadn't done color in many years due to a skin allergy to the chemicals. This freaked me out!!! You haven't done color in years???? What??????? So I trusted the process but then came time for a toner. She had to ask for help on what to mix and how to put it on. She said she's been doing hair since 1988 but she seemed awfully timid So I got a nice trim. She does a good cut. But as she blow dried my hair., all could see was black roots. Not sure where the bleach went bc I walked right outta there with massive roots still. So once again, bad experience with a stylist. See pics posted of my hair the next day :-(
